Things moving really quickly here. A week or so ago we had 5m pm capacity and a prospective contract for only part of that.

Now we know the full 5m pm isn't going to meet expected demand and 'we need a bigger boat'. We have a partner in Volz with a brand spanking new factory in CZ supplying German and Slovak health services.

Meeting with the MP today. Expect tie ups with other manufactures being pursued.

And where is the SP now? Is it worth less today than it was?

Health and Safety at Work Act 1972. The NHS has a duty to provide adequate protection to it's staff.

No dodgy cheapo PPE please just use the good stuff from p2f that's proven to kill the virus.

Quite aside from the urgent need to save lives..This is a British technology with the potential for a massive overseas market. Initial research was funded by a Government grant. Why on earth would the UK govt not progress this now?

I seem to remember him making some off the cuff comment that you could still get packs of 10 or 20 without needing to mortgage your house. I guess everything is relative but at £1 they seem quite affordable to me.

Those on the website are being sold at 10,000 a time for £10,000 so it's quite possible that large orders to the NHS or other could be priced lower. How much lower is debatable though.

The key thing for me is that we know the existing masks only last about 2 hours before they have to be thrown away, but we know our mask continues to kill the virus for up to 7 hours.

On that basis the mask is not really that expensive if it can prevent the use of multiple of the cheaper ones. It's also better for the environment.

Where does that mask claim ISO 18184 compliance? I can't find it.

Even when a vaccine arrives the virus is mutating no guarantee that they will work at all/as well on new strains of the virus. Masks are her to stay for the foreseeable. IMHO DYOR

Unlike the UK the US (Biden) will avoid a national lockdown by using other "dimmer switch" measures, that rely on the widespread use of masks.

My guess would be that Dr Cave did not want to sell his holdings for cash at this time due to the HUGE forward potential of P2F; So a shares deal would be the only way to merge the entire company holding 100% into a single entity. TB probably didn't want to do that with BRH shares so RMS is the perfect vehicle. BRH still gets exposure through the RMS shares it gets back so any upside from the P2F still flows back to BRH. It's a win-win for everybody IMHO GLA DYOR

Surely it's kind-of irrelevant the exact mechanics of how P2F was acquired and how many shares at what price etc.. All that matters is what is in the company now which includes P2F along with Gyrometric holding and Cloudveil, the MCAP and the number of shares in issue.

If P2F come out with orders and revenue then that will be used to value the business that we own in it's entirety.
