Hi Blacksheep. Pretty exciting all in all. Valued at an early stage explorer, so plenty of upside given that first gold is anticipated in Q4 this year. Mining permits expected by the end of Q1, so not long to wait, and the board have given every indication that the SK authorities are very supportive of what BMV are doing.
No reason why this shouldn't be a £20m mcap when the green light is given. After that, when they're ramping up production - this should be far far higher.

What a super update.
1. Production forecast for end of 2019
2. Debt financing to build processing facility
3. That means little/no equity dilution
4. Infrastructure I'm situ, so no concerns regarding mine development, grade, tonnage etc
5. Permits not far away, so clear catalysts in the short term
6. Management have enormous skin in the game, and this isn't their first rodeo

One of the cheapest resource plays on the market, imo.

Bit of a no brainer really at this mcap. Fully expect this to be 10x current share price in 24 months time.

Looking very good here again today. Nice rise from SOU on the ASX too. Shares tightly held, and not much stock about, so won't take much to move this a lot higher. The Board talked about starting 2019 very positively, so expecting plenty of news flow.
For a company targeting gold production this year, BMV is cheap as chips.

Couldn't agree more C7. Those of us that have been invested in /watching VAL's progress over many years are all too well aware that the BOD have form when it comes to shareholder value destruction. What you describe is highly likely. Let's be honest, the funding decisions made by this BOD over the years point to an impression that there is absolutely no regard for delivering returns for shareholders. The traction that wooly news tends to bring here is a traders dream. The people making real money out of this are the bucket shop flippers. The supposed long termers are continually screwed over.

Indeed. It's one thing to renegotiate the loan, but another thing entirely to raise enough capital as you've listed.

A US listing would help the valuation, in my opinion. Bio's tend to attract cash on the other side of the pond. I thought that may have been on the cards when the company opened the US office in Boston a few years ago.
