The interview below (a few months old now) is a very good overview, covering debt, cash flows and general outlook.
NI clearly has an agenda here, but is so far off the mark it's quite laughable really.

Pointless spending cash on anything other than Portugal. It's got the potential to be a very key project, and so far the indications have been very positive - not just from a metallurgical point of view, but also from a jurisdictional aspect - with clear support from both Portugal and the EU.
So far, it's looking like a good project, in the right place at the right time...

Wow, it was 71p was it Minnisage? I remember the days. Got well pumped after the consolidation and placing.
Unfortunately shareholder loyalty rarely gets rewarded on these junior markets.

If George is lucky, he'll find a way to consolidate the shares just as they did back in 2015, and VAL can carry on the rinse and repeat. From the highs of around 60p (someone with a better memory than I might remember the actual high) to today's 0.4p share price is quite a stellar performance in that short space of time.
The reason behind the fall? It isn't the potential or the news released on the actual compounds...it's from quite shocking financial management, and a complete disregard for shareholders.

You just need to look at the performance of this company over the last 10 or so years... Why people persevere with it, when the board clearly don't give two hoots about its investors, is beyond me. It's always been about so much promise, but all that matters is they've delivered very little. Why do you think they didn't place this time? It isn't for a lack of wanting to, that's for sure..

'I just spoke with John Madden (AEE) he advised that everything is on track for an update to the Haggan Project by the end of May (Scoping Study) there was delays due to the harsh cold weather no one would work in the freezing conditions so the drilling was delayed, which is fair enough I wouldn’t either. Also the DFS for Tiris is on track for completion the end of June. So we should get an update then.
As for the water issue. They have got water within the 20km radius which will see them through atleast the first few years after that they will need to bring it in from further away which they have located and is in plentiful supply but shouldnt be too much of an issue expense wise as the site will be up and running and established by then. I hope this helps.'

SAU have announced they're selling all other projects in order to focus on progressing Kochang and Gubong. In order to make such a decision, I can't help but think all must be looking very good over in South Korea. News should be with us very soon, imo
