· H1 2022 free cash outflow of £234m.

So now we know Stroll isunable to tell the truth.
AML has barely any cash left and is struggling to survive.

After all that cost saving, finally producing Valkyrie, DBX saving the company, etc, still making whopping losses.
This business is comletely unsustainable.

Over 3.5 times the size of loss as last year....

For me and AML, the cold hard facts would hit home at around £15 a share.

When I would still be up (just), but have to accept my faith in Stroll, Moers, etc. was misplaced.

However, until that day…

The point the author is making is this:

It's worth Merc putting £56m into AML's rights issue , as AML owe Merc a hell of a lot more than £56m.
If AML go bust, Merc don't get the money they are owed.

So Merc taking part in the placing means:
1- Their holding is not diluted, AND
2- Merc get what they are owed by AML

No amount of BS half truths by AML007 can convince anyone otherwise.

Raising £1.7bn, so similar to AML, raising just over the current market cap.

'They' are mostly one person masquerading as a few, unable to discuss financials in a sensible fashion.
Results this Friday, Stroll is going to get shown up for more of his lies soon enough.

I expect the cash burn to have been substantial in Q2.
We know sales are well dowm, the main thing to look for is cash balance, which stood at £410m at the end of Q1.

My guess is somewhere around £250m left, burning through £160m in 3 months.
Hence the need to raise cash to sstave off insolvency.

Let's hope we hear from the new CEO, he has not said a word from his new position yet. I wonder if he is a stooge and Stroll is secretely running the company? ;)
