I have no idea, sorry, only started looking at TUI a week or so ago.

Was checking out AML's recent RI:
RI was announced at 480p on Sep 2nd. Rights were issues at 103p, representing a steep discount to the TERP of 178p.
New shares hit the market on Sept 27th, share price was 160p, it fell to 89p on Oct 10th, which was the lowest point.
Currently at 230p.

So beware of anyone on here telling you it's udervalued right now, long way to go yet.

Closing price today, means everyone taking their rights are down 31%
It's a huge dilution, 2.67 times as many shares around in 2 weeks.

Draw their own conclusions to what?

I was testing to see if anyone corrected me, or mentioned the shorts.
Funnily enough, no-one did, so I thought I may as well mention it myself.

People have been saying that since it was £20 (rebased) in 2018, it's now a quarter of that.

NIce to see people think I am the paid poster, when I have called everything correctly in the last 3 years, whereas everyone else who calls it spectacularly wrongly defintely cannot be a paid poster trying to bump up the price. ;)

contrariankiks , I certainly know about it and what it could do/not do, Stroll I am convinced will come out on top, everything he has done in the past has been very lucrative, he inherited this deal ! I have been an investor since they launched my shares average out at £16.02.

In theory, there is no difference between theory and practice.
In practice, there is.

You can quote theoreticals all you want, markets work on supply and demand, and when a massive amountt of new shares hit the market, well... I am sure you can work that out for yourself.
If your theory was correct, we wouldn't even be at this price (under the TERP) now, would we?

SP in an upwards trend? Are you mental?
The [roice has reduced 95% since the IPO, and a lot of that is in Stroll's time in charge.
The SP also rose 100/150% after the last cash raise, remembered what happened next?
Traders get in after cash raises because there is no more bad news tro come for 6 months. After that, things start getting twitchy again, and the next fundraise is just around the corner.
NO CHANCE AML will not have to raise more money this year. ZERO!

You prove my point precisly Masai., consolodation make no fundamental difference.
They are done so companies can perform a RI and dupe most PIs.
AML did exactly the same thing, consolidate so the new price looks the same as the IPO price.

Explain to me how holding 1 share at £20 is any different to holding 20 shares at £1? Then you have the ghost of a point.

The whole world is walking into stagflation/recession and you think holidays will not be impacted?

The only useful thing about results now is to see how fast they are burning through cash this quarter.
AML said cashflow in H1 2023 would be similar to H1 2022.
Add in the amount of money you need to design and build new cars and you can see just how quickly they will need more cash.
DB12 won't shift many before end of the year, so 2023 will be a loss similar to last years, imho, circa £500m.

Then there is the Nebula court case.....
