"Heavily indebted" is NOT a relative term.
When your debts are close to your market cap and you are making a loss, banks get twitchy and call them in.
Banks are struggling out there, remember. And it gets worse with every interest rate rise, something else breaks.

You say you took up your full rights. That means you more than doubled your holding, then promptly lost 40% of it, we are 40% under the TERP, you do know that don’t you?
The Russians had their holding skimmed for them, and saved themselves losing 40% on the new rights issue shares.

What’s the small added benefit to shareholders in the RI?

You and all the other rampers on here have lost money on your investment in TUI.
You called it wrong, and expect people to believe you know where the SP is going. You don't.

Avocet, I was posting on aml the whole time it rose, telling everyone the debt was a massive problem, and that a consolidation meant a rights issue was coming. The daily abuse towards me was futile, I was right and the share price fell hard.
Obviously you didn’t check that far back, eh?
Funnily enough, aml is static at roughly the same market cap after the RI as before.
Like TUI, it deserves no more, based on fundamentals.

If you back up your opinion with facts and show us your workings, you might get some more believers. Otherwise you are just another naive ramper who is imnursing losses because you called this wrong, and says ANYTHING to bolster the share price.
