Thanks Picked and 100% agree with. As mentioned I have had 2 terrible experiences there-all down to local corruption and croneyism. Only bought ACP because I thought it was a unique situation, just wish it was in Botswana or Uganda.Only have a few and it will stay that way!! Appreciate your comments.
Incidentally my Mother was married in Dar in 1952,but it was Tanganikya then-a far better place!!!

Apologies for asking this on HZM board, but Wasa I have also been buying ACP and saw your name on the Board. I really like this situation at ACP but hate Tanzania-I have been shafted there twice now-very corrupt and difficult country to do business in. Mega Fool we clearly be re-elected, but do you have any view on the licence application? Is there any worry we will not get it?
Any thoughts greatly appreciated-only have 1m shares and not buying anymore there because I am so scared of Tanzania.

As mentioned yesterday, I have been building a position here over the last six weeks and reading this excellent board daily.
One subject discussed was where has all the recent selling come from .As nobly disclosed by a few esteemed posters I know some of you have sold decent chunks (Wasa I don't call your 318k a "decent chunk"!!) for very understandable reasons, but there has clearly been a very large seller out there for a while and I just wonder if we have some institution or institutions who are under the disclosable threshold selling up. My immediate thought was maybe JPM still have a residual holding and are still liquidating, but who knows, it certainly felt like a big seller. Another observation is that until the wider market really cracked this week, market makers, despite the seller seemed loathe to take this under 7p.
Anyhow nearly fully invested here now and intend to stay for the duration, hoping we do not get sold to early.I am a strong believer in the nickel story and love the pure play here. If we are right on nickel here and HZM gets close to production,I can see FOMO rallies kicking in on this, plus by then we should have the benefit of the institutionalisation of the share register-always a powerful and lovely thing.

...and very easy to buy in size today.Nearly finished building my position, just holding off on the last chunk to see if we go into the 5s over the next few days.Have been buying steadily over the last 6 weeks.

PRB..very unlikely to happen at the moment, but fairly standard to have a buyback clause.I am sure they will raise the maximum price at a later date given recent share price action.Currently they want institutions to buy loose shares, rather than buying themselves.

Looks like a proper "bear squeeze" here today.Stock rising on quite low volume and market makers very short of shares-long may it continue!!

And before institutions buy large amounts they almost always like to meet management (I guess zoom these days) as part of their DD ,this will take-up more CFO and CEO time-usually these meetings last at least an hour.This will be happening as one of the major reasons for bringing in Numis and ODDO was to get institutions on board.
Management really have their hands full.The shares are cheap and the value will manifest itself.But RNS junkies must calm down, news will come when management deam it appropriate, not because everyone is shouting for it.

I am new to Armadale, but know quite a lot about Tanzania.Does anyone have a view on the issue of the Mahenge mining licence,is there any risk it will not be issued? I am just wondering.I have done quite a lot of DD on this and it looks an excellent risk/reward.I just wish it were somewhere like Zambia or Botswana rather than Tanzania. Magafuli is very unpredictable and I am sure many of you on this Board will remember the Acacia fiasco in 2017.Any views or opinions gratefully received.I have an initial small investment, but am trying to decide whether to buy more now, or just watch and wait a bit longer.

Now the note is out and the Numis institutional salesforce are talking about it expect many more insets to buy (or try to buy).This is a special situation many of them will have been waiting for the note and will want to talk to the analyst before buying.Hold tight Novae.

David-these guys are the corporate broker-they really have to be conservative and credible.These days everything they do is so heavily scrutinised by compliance.It is just safer for Numis to have conservative numbers-which are still huge by the way.The old days of broker ramping are well gone.

Do not worry Bramley-I am reliably informed there is a large amount of institutional interest-some of which is waiting for the broker notes, which are probably delayed because of this acquisition which will need to be discussed in the notes.

Even small acquisitions take up a huge amount of BoD time, especially CFO and CEO. Now that distraction is done fully expect further public newsflow on sales/contracts etc shortly.
