Wasa I feel feel you are about in line here at 15p, even on a worse case scenario that they have to issue 1bn new shares to complete the package-highly unlikely, but not impossible.
You and others have commented on several occasions that management may want to get the election out of the way before signing off any deal.I am firmly in agreement with this as I speculate (and many of you may disagree) that better terms may be achieved with a Biden clean sweep.With America back on a official full green agenda,Europe fully on board and Asia going that way too there will be a lot of funding available to the clean energy supply chain, hopefully allowing more beneficial terms.

Also with a funding package signed HZM might start to get some better mainstream and social media attention-so important these days.I get the impression that the shares are not that widely known about in the larger PI community, some PR will help this.Then as I have mention before we may start to get PI FOMO and institutions starting to sniff around.This is a hugely attractive pure play.

So in short agree with you, but meanwhile, like Godot, we must wait.

No we do not and our management know that.

Sadly this is why we will continue to have coups in Africa.There is no other way to get into power.Elections are so often corrupt the only way a legitimate opposition gets in is through a coup.There are of course a few glowing exceptions like Rwanda,Namibia and Botswana.

Hi Flavour.I am kind of with you on this.I believe the market will fall quite sharply early in the week then level off and trade sideways for a while whilst It contemplates the conundrum of the mass redundancies etc we face in 2021 versus further global monetary easing.I will be looking to add high yield ( Imperial Brands,15% yield on an already cut and covered divi and Phoenix 7% yield).
As for HZM, it probably will weaken further purely on market sentiment,I have paid mid 7s,mid 6s and mid 5s here for my recently acquired position and was not planning to add more ,but will do if it gets in 3s or low 4s.Cannot see how a UK lockdown really affects this further except perhaps slowing negotiations a bit, but even that should not happen, businesses have got used to dealing by zoom by now.

Agree DJ. Also felt like the market maker still had plenty of stock yesterday,I was expecting a sharper bounce back into low 7s.Aim commented that it was Peel’s market maker who bought the stock,makes sense-house broker.

I am invested here now.Love the situation, but absolutely hate Tanzania.In top 3 corrupt countries in Africa and full of croneyism.Mega Fool spouts anti corruption, but is totally corrupt himself.Wish this was in Zambia or Botswana.
However I am here with 1 million shares and that will be my limit. Would have bought many more if this had been in a different jurisdiction.I am sure I am not alone in this sentiment among those who know Tanzania well.

One thing the share price drop has done is invoke some excellent discussion and analysis on this Board.For a company where the free float (outside Glencore etc) is dominated by PIs this is very beneficial.Of course once the register starts to institutionalise our comments and thoughts matter much less.But thanks again everyone,as commented previously this is a real quality Board.

Do not think so. Anyone with sense will be buying more HZM at these levels.

Wilson-I have had absolutely no problem with them.Have my ISA and Trading account there.Also EQi very good,I have my SIPP there.Some days I do not trade at all and some days like today have traded one 10 times (look at HZM and you will understand why!!).Never had any trouble with either and happy to recommend them.

AJ Bell work very well for me as does EQi.

Looks like a bear raid on false news.But shows you how nervous markets are and how much hope is built into the finance deal.

Have bought more in the high fives (though I am not doing a high 5 ) this afternoon.Holding off again now-chart looks dreadful. Wasa is right the believers have enough stock and there are not enough new buyers.We need to work out how to get the story out there better.Someone commented last week that we do not appear on Twitter etc.I have a lot of Novacyt and those guys go mad on Twitter and it seems to work.Sadly I have never used twitter and do not intend to start.

As for a tree shake-not really just a good old fashion sell off on what is perceived as bad news.But in reality nothing has really changed except maybe a few months delay in a long expected financing.

A few really excellent posters here,but also an awful lot of headless chickens many of whom claim to have been here since the early days and post the same repetitive garbage day in and day out and oscillate between high fives and panic selling whenever this very volatile share moves 10% or more in either direction.It gets a bit tedious.Sorry if this offends people.

Both grey and pink are pretty irrelevant.It is just to get a US quote.Makes it much easier to move to NASDAQ as and if the time comes.
Loved this weeks pullback managed to buy 10,000 shares at 805p,did not think I would see that again.
