I think they already had authority to sell a further 20m shares-so 12.5m is easily covered by that.

Steadfast2017-got to do a bit more research on this (next week),but I think they are fine.PRE LTIs are generally conditional on milestones and lapse if not achieved.We have built a first class team, now we need to retain them to execute this hugely important project,so LTIs will play a part in this.
I 100% agrees shareholders we need to keep an eye on this, but when I first invested I looked at the LTIs and questioned PA on them and was fully satisfied with answers-just cannot remember all the detail-hence need to look again next week.

Agree with you D220.Bottom line-this is great news and allows us to progress in both Angola and Saltend ahead of the 4Q main fundraise.(Very similar to our favourite Nickel stock HZM and Araguia,but this was actually done at a premium to VWAP-unlike HZM).Sensible move by PRE and will stop potential investors worrying about us running out of money. It will also fend off predator hedge funds and shorters who procrastinated that we were unable to raise money above £1 (as stated on ADVFN by Hammy several times).Well done SI and WHI getting this done.PRE can now get on with business.

craig-I spoke to the company the other day because I was (wrongly) concerned to was Cannacord manipulation.They said large private investor consistently selling.

As I understand it The Export Credit Agency is a UK Goverment body that provides direct credit and credit guarantees and insurance.I suspect they will guarantee or insure our commercial loans. This should be a big plus for the banks. Somene please correct me if I have got this wrong.

Does anyone on here have a mining finance or credit background?
I am just wondering how long the credit approval process take. I far as I can remember the approval may go through several committees before final sign off. So could take 6 weeks ,but maybe shorter as there are apparantly no red flags.
Anyone with some background in this area I would appreciate your views-thanks.

Very much agree Luke...and when you have spent months stitching up a hugely complicated multi faceted large deal (market cap $160m,deal size $450m plus) that is very hard to do and they are now right on the cusp.
Back to the options-management do not overpay themselves, their real reward is in the options. I know they do not pay for them, but they are the incentive for the hours of hard, complicated work done and ahead and are the mechanism by which they get really rewarded They could not participate in the 7.5p deal because they were still "inside" on the final deal and had been for ages. They will be very interested in the share price and where it is headed.

They have said they would do it and I trust them. Obviously they have not been allowed to buy for many months due to current price sensitive finance negotiations. Also to AIM's point they are well optioned up..price DOES matter to them.

They will also be participating in the equity raise...

Just raided the piggy bank and bought 200k more shares at 6.79p.What a ridiculous price so close to final funding.I may be setting myself up for huge derision here but I cannot see the equity being done at less than 7.5p and in fact I would not be surprised if it is done slightly higher.Just wish I had more cash and I would be absolutely piling in at these prices.

Personally I think it could be Cannacord,it seemed like they did the same thing before the last placing-aggressively selling anytime we got around 10p.They then participated in the 7.5p raise!! If my suspicion is correct they should not be allowed in the final fundraise-we as PIs have loyally supported the Company do not have the firepower to prevent big boy manipulation hence we get shafted.I meant to ring the Company about this and forgot-will do so next week.

Agree Mumbles-this is the outstanding key point to me and the main reason I put all my rare earth designated cash in this one basket. Closely followed by excellent and increasingly strong BoD and senior management, excellent logistics both in Angola and UK, high and real ESG standards etc, etc
