The management will be added to once ML drops. They have had to stay lean to survive, but ML opens up new exec appointments and finance which has been advanced as far as possible pre ML. With just under £2m on the balance sheet I assume they will move very swiftly once ML is announced.

What really matters to me is that we have the CEO with a very large holding and two of the smartest small cap/early stage institutional investors in the City on the register in a big way-IP and Octopus. IP are also very active in protecting their investment goals. Happy to sit alongside these guys. Cheap shares on sale at the moment. I added on Monday.

If the cornerstone is Teck or Glencore (which I hope it is),they will not be so price sensitive.It is the strategic position they will want.Gets them first bite at Vermelho.

I feel the pain Reggie-but I do think if when we do eventually announce this huge complex deal the shares go north fast-there will be some sellers, but many have gone and we are actually quite tightly held. A few decent institutions on board and we start to stabilise at higher levels and move gently forward.

For a company with USD 145 million market cap to raise USD 430 million plus in a multi faceted deal is a big thing-not totally unprecedented,but pretty damn rare.We have been told all partners are very blue chip/tier 1.This has to be an easy opportunity to splash us all over the financial and wider press-we are the UK nickel champion.I am sure Anna and team are on this already, but apart from direct institutional roadshows, there is no better way of getting us noticed, recognised and invested in by the wider market.I am looking forward to reading all about it in the FT and financial sections of the big papers in a few weeks time!!

Agree Wasa-we have had very limited institutional marketing except in Canada ahead of the last placement.Once we have funding announced and know all the details this will be a very strong story for the institutions who I expect will be attempting to buy HZM in decent size come Q4.
