Not everyone would have voted purely for a chance to tender at the offer Guvvi. Some would have voted as they did last year (economically), others wouldn't have even bothered and some holders will even be dead, incapacitated or abroad or just simply not interested etc etc.

People think administration means a shareholder wipeout and delisting... It doesn't it means an independent management team take over all operations to conduct an independent business review

Voting no and opting for administration kicks Coris out of the CEO position and gets rid of Tom and Dan in one swoop.

The threat of administration is about as real as Putin's nuclear threats. Be like the Ukrainians say no and call their bluff. The situation back watch the share price go back upwards the rule 9 waiver value.

I can answer that... Because administration would mean a bod wipeout and an independent evaluation of the company, that would treat all shareholders holders equally.

I made a similar comment on HUM's linked in post a couple of weeks ago and they deleted in double quick time... Why indeed?

People are normally at their strongest when they appear weak and people are normally at their weakest when they appear strong.

The little weak shareholder here holds all of the cards at the moment, which is exactly why they need the shareholders permission.

Call their bluff .. they'd had major oversight of the BOD and team being a major shareholder and principle creditor. They're as much responsible for the companies position as Dan and Tom.
