Also if the rule 9 waiver was rejected and the company ceased trading as going concern. The company would have to appoint "independent" administrators. If this was to happen then Coris would lose all control over the management of the assets. IMO, a preferred outcome over that of just handing it over for 2.7p.
Coris are massively trying it on and the power to stop it, is in the hands of independent shareholders.
