I'd prefer administrators to the 2.7p offer as the admin would appoint suitable managers to the projects whilst they looked for a sale. Given that debt is circa 152 million and the assets are combined value is 400m this would be by far my preferred outcome.

Adminstration is the preffered outcome to Coris taking it private... They won't take it to admin for the basic facts that a) Kor is now at commercial production if not declared and and they'd lose all control over the assets.

Independent shareholders just need to be brave and call their bluff

If a company goes into administration, the company has to appoint "independent" administrator to oversee the assets and the business.

An administrator will decide if it's best to run the company by appointing a new bod is necessary or sell parts or all of the business if they see in doing so is in the best interest of "ALL" shareholders.

If it went into administrator, Coris would lose all control over the assets and the business would be ran in the best interest of all shareholders

NO MATTER WHAT THEY SAY, DON'T VOTE FOR IT.

None of this happens if if shareholders reject the rule 9 waiver. If independent shareholders did then they would have to pay 11.26p or they'll have to utilise the assets either by running as a going concern, sell it or appoint adminstrators.

Adminstration should be preferred, it would take control of the assets away from Coris. Don't let them trick you into thinking 2.6p is the best or only option... It really isn't.
