Roundtable Discussion; The Future of Mineral Sands. Watch the video here.
Morning all - Can I just say something about LoveSing, and a few others who popped up yesterday - This one, he changes to 1, 2 3 at the end of his user name - He and several of his paid per post mob used to be on ODX - There was a thread yesterday afternoon with several of them in the same thread, talking to each other.
Torreaguas, is that yours?
tecbadger - On here - https://www.nhs.uk/conditions/coronavirus-covid-19/testing-and-tracing/what-your-test-result-means/
"If you did a rapid lateral flow test at home and the result was positive: you and anyone you live with should self-isolate immediately. ... get a PCR test to confirm your result – follow any instructions you're given or get a test to check if you have coronavirus on GOV.UK"
Who know's what the message is.
The math for a 10ml bottle with a dropper is as follows:
In a 10ml base liquid it must contain 1500 milligrams of CBD to be a 15% CBD oil.
10% must be a 1000 milligrams = 10% CBD Oil
5% must contain 500 milligrams = 5% CBD Oil
3% must contain 300 milligrams = 3% CBD Oil
Ideally the box the bottle comes in should tell give you this information in milligrams rather than just a %, ie: just stating 10% - If not on the packaging it will be on the label of the bottle. If neither, its BS and you are in the smoke and mirrors game/retail of people selling who are either taking you on, or have no clue themselves - The cost is the CBD, not the carrier oil. This is another reason users say CBD has not worked, ie: “I took 15% for 4 weeks and nothing, look it says 15% on the label” Its not 15%, without knowing the MG, its 15% of what? - Most of the time, on these products you will be lucky to even have 2% CBD oil.
The company at all times should give you, if requested a independent lab tested certificate that backs up their claims plus all bottles must have a batch number. If you request a lab certificate, and the company refuse/don’t pass it over you are being conned on the amount of CBD - There is zero regulation in the industry and there are a lot of cowboys.
If you are looking at larger bottles, let say a 50ml bottle that states it has a CBD of 15% it must contain 7,500 milligrams of CBD in the 50ml base liquid to be 15% CBD oil.
Base liquids can be olive oil, coconut oil, hemp oil etc. CBD is fat soluble, so it needs the carrier oil so the CBD can be absorbed into the body - You probably read users saying some CBD oils taste different, that is because of the carrier oil.
Herdie, nw. I wouldn't use the biscuits then, they won't be strong enough, cost more and he might get a bit fat ;) Start on 5% oil, full spectrum as well, not CBD 100% - 3 drops twice a day, 12 hour intervals - This part is the critical part, the 2 daily cycle regardless of the amount of drops - This is one of the main reasons a lot of people give up, not dosing correctly, second, crap product - A drop is not the full dropper, so just a drop, not the full lenght of the stem. Do this for 6 weeks - it will take 4 weeks to get into the system, 2 weeks for you to see a change - the next part is slightly harder, out of a 100% what % has this been effected on your dog (or a hooman) Only you can tell, which you will have to put your dog into the position that triggers the problem.
If it works 100%, great - you have won the game - If its 50%, go to 10% oil and only 2 drops - Then after 4 weeks (not 6) repeat - If there is an improvement, say 75% that is the best you wil get - Don't waste money on uping doses or going to 15% CBD oil.
Probably should of been a lot clearer - The pet market falls under two ranges, biscuits, food and oil - Depending on the company model, laws around pets/US has a sueing culture - lots on online, determines the route, plus how many companies are owned by the owner, plus white labelling - The product is the same, just a different spin on the brand and to market.
These guys are in the top 5 in Europe, outside of Tilray, the Austrian players, Endoca and Germany - https://pharma-hemp.com/
Its a very good product range, excellent quality - You can white label, plenty sellers in the UK use this service - You can see their take on the pet market, oils. This is where the real action is currently, not just for pets but for the humans. They do all the ranges, toothpaste, creames, cosmetics. Its a tough market this part, the real issue being lack of awarness in the general public as the industy has been focussed on CBD oil.
obstando - There is a of smoke and mirrors in the industy, I would take that figure with a big pinch of salt - I would like to say more but this is a public forum but if you go down a few rabbit holes...

Monthly retail sales of legal Canadian cannabis stores 2018-2020 - https://www.statista.com/statistics/1045766/cannabis-store-sales-canada/
Canada is a good yardstick to use, easier to get real stats, the other issue is a lot of the US players have their companies in the USA, so final accounts are done in Canada.
These guys are the leaders in the pet market - https://canna-pet.com/
AmandaFox - Good points there - Marketing will be key, getting product into stores/shops and big mulitpe retailers - For example will Holland & Barret sell the product (s) or will Sports Direct take the range on - Online will be hard slog without a good marketing campaign, SEO will be hard to achieve in the first 6 months/there is a lot of established sites on page 1 - PPC/paid advertising will be an issue as Google etc will not allow advertising of CBD, and only Visa are currently accepting sales - This is why Square in the US/Canada has been doing well, they accept cannabis related businesses - Plus you have crypto.
Here is something to think about - The connection between Peter Wall (ARGO) BTC (Pluto) + (other crypto coins) I was saying to obstando a few days back about the long term legalities of the CBD industry - I won't repeate my thoughts, its in my history- I am not sure a lot of investors understand how this part is going to pan out.
Its a major issue the lack of support from banks, raising capital outside of investors, merchants IE: Amex, PP etc and how 'grey' the industry is currently.
Will the main TV channels let this play out, national radio etc - to be seen if that is a route
If not, that leaves newspapers/magazines - Expensive if you have no real USP's, example/buy one get one free.
The market is there and has been for many years - The expediential growth is possible, but without other issues iron out this will be curtailed, but for CBX there is obviously a clear plan of what the road map is going to be over the next several quarters.
It is good to see any goverment having their feet to the fire, its not bad to have yours done after a bit of mountaineering - But are we going to really kid ourselves that the people pointing are squeaky clean - Old Jo Maugham from the The Good Law Project, isn't he in court himslelf due to unpaid builders fees, a cool £500,000K - Then we have Stewart Wood on the board of the Good Law, sitting in that unelected House of Lords as well - What rims did he lick to get a cushy green seat to sit on you ask? He was a senior special adviser to Prime Minister Gordon Brown up to 2010, just after that he becames a labour life peer, anyone smell anything! - No conflict of interest there then, him being on the opposite side.
No doubt the tories have their noses in the pigs trough - But really, do we really think this is all fair and transparent - Politics is a game, they are all a bit bent, all do what is good for them/just like a lot of posters on this BB as we all know.
bonzob, that is a fair point. In the UK the legal system prefers to have mediation on these type of cases, but that is generally before a court case, barrister to barrister with lawyers present from each side.
A settlement proposed during out-of-court mediation does happen in Italy - If you are bored here is a link, bit of an overview:

tecbadger, brilliant, I bet he saw some things. I am not too far from a beach, Algarve - Regulary get the Moroccans slamming their boats onto the beach with Hash - A friend of mine, his mate got shot by accident in the arm a few years back by the GNR, shooting at another guy with bales of hash, you couldn't write this stuff - I could carry on an on and on, its the wild west, I tell everyone forget the colourful broachures, the sun etc etc...12 months, rent, do a winter, then you can decide.

RegulatorUK, whatever you do, don't buy for the first year - IMO you need to rent in an area you like, live there for a full 12 months - There is a hundred an one pitfalls, most people who come over to the live the dream, on average the turnaround is 24 months - If you make it to year 3, most stay, most don't. You will need eyes in the back of your head, the amount of scam artists, people on the run, you name it, they are all here in Southern Spain/Algarve.
Seville is hot as hell in summer, anything near the Huelva area is.
Be near to the coast as you can, don't trust anyone, keep out the bars, and oh yea, when you get all your friends coming over, I will give you 2 summer seasons and 80% you won't want back.
Trickymatters, I did - Not invested by good for the the investors. I think I posted some stuff on the USA/ABC 19 lawyers, the TM approval and what they did - That was the most interesting part of the RNS along with the ODX RNS on ABC19 - Let me dig it up and repost.
We seem to be circles, chasing the dogs tail....It all comes to one point, is CK and the BoD lying to us all - Everything they have RNS and Tweeted/Plus our beloved Wallbrooke is utter bollxcks - We know there is no news on the TT, we are not sure why they have ordered the toilet roll in for all the staff, and we have zilch idea on what is being produced - I think that covers it - We either stay invested or we don't - We either take the companies word at face value or we don't.
Out of interest, Prof Whitty made this statement today:
""What we are going to see is as things open up, what all the modelling suggests is that at some point we will get another surge of the virus and whether that happens, we hope it doesn't happen soon, it might for example happen later in the summer as we open up or if there is a seasonal effect it might happen later in autumn or in the winter, there will be a further surge and that will find the people who have either not been vaccinated or where the vaccine has not worked and some of them will end up in hospital and some of them will sadly go on to die"
Contracts for billions floating - Is Omega just on the wind up?
Just looking at TWatcher last post on predicted numbers, seems a fair stab at the number - I will hang around and see where these tests are heading off to, and the future 2 mill per week.
More BS marketing - Phytocannabinoids are cannabinoids that occur naturally in the cannabis plant. The classical cannabinoids are formed through decarboxylation of their respective 2-carboxylic acids (2-COOH), a process which is catalyzed by heat, light or alkaline conditions.
All of the plants within the cannabis genus contain compounds called “phytocannabinoids” and there are dozens of different ones. ... CBD oils are made from the hemp plants, which contain, at most, 0.3% THC. That's why CBD oils don't get you high.
Ehsan, its not a problem - I just want to know what I have invested in, the more I go through this process the less it adds up.
One way to resolve this - Site visit - Then we can all know what MGC state is correct.
If I am on the wrong track, somene on this BB pull me apart.
Part 2
I am 99.99% can say that is not the premises the certificate for the production and manufacturing of pharma grade medicinal products. Is the building we see 5000m2? Not for me its not. Regardless, its from 16/17, four years ago.
