Had to laugh at the incoming credentials , both failures and would of been best off saying nothing , they have zero experience in this field and thus company will be bankrupt within a year

I’ve seen it all now on AIM what a joke !!

It’s clear a lot of people on here have no clue about business. The current board of directors have a background in everything to do with what the company offers , all they needed was a competent financial director.

It’s like me replacing all my baristas with a load of muppets and expecting my customers to stay , that would be bad enough but we are taking about a highly specialised product where it’s hard to get the right staff.

It is what it is and ego and bluster from the new shareholders revolt will see them lose all their money guaranteed!!! Prob within 6 months the company will be dead and all its existing relationships will not renew.

All it takes is the staff to leave game over , you can’t replace most of them

Yet the company is so great it shafted shareholders and raised a poultry 500,000 at 2.5P and found nobody to invest at 5P so had to devalue the company by half , that is that the actions of a competent CEO or team

It’s irrelevant all this progress if it comes at the cost of shareholder value.

Fair enough if that raise was 3-4 million then you could understand the rationale

The Job of the ceo is to not run out of money to a point your desperate so have to fire sale raise pocket change.

He’s clearly a great marketer and it’s a great idea in principle but sadly this company will not survive its attempt to grow without diluting everyone away.

I very much doubt they care about current shareholders as long as they keep the lights on.

The 500K will be nearly out already and another raise will be coming within 2-3 months

What’s worrying is they only got 500K away at 2.5P that’s absolutely pointless and desperate. Fair enough if they had raised 2-4 million you’d understand but 500K is keeping the lights on stuff and surely a miscalculation and rapid destruction of shareholders

Sadly happens all to much , poor management trying to expand to quickly and get into everything , Ideas great but needing endless capital to support it

Like I say 500k at 2.5P that’s desperation and a schoolboy error

I understood the stocking issue but when growth slowed to 10% that was the game up

This will now get a big placing at 1P as that 500K will only last a few months

So it’s now a death spiral

I’m out of the AIM Market now

Had my fun and games and won’t be investing a penny more in these AIM companies

Learnt my lesson finally !

Looks like that 500K was forward sold as well

Growth and raising money will always mean shareholders early to the party will get diluted away as the directors are only interested in salary and growing the business

I bailed as it was obvious they needed money , but 500K at 2.5P is terrible , they should be raising 3-4 million at 2.5P instead they can only get 500K

Should of been able to do that at 4-5P

So this is an absolutely terrible move , looks like whoever is at the top got the strategy all wrong at the expense of shareholders , growth has stalled and now it’s a case of raise after raise until shareholders are diluted out.

Be careful what you wish for the desired effect could be every potential customer sees zero credibility with the team.

Also workers leaving who came to work for the existing team and a real likely scenario that PYC can’t operate I’d say. You are only in this field as good as your people.

They should appointed a money man to the board and that would of been better , raising money is clearly a weakness of theirs to secure the best deal for shareholders

Interesting and lively debate and don’t disagree with the disgruntled lot on many points , however I suspect if they knew of the challenges of running this company they would be less critical. Are we to believe Jim and Pete did nothing and didn’t try , it looks fairly well run to me and I’d side with the fact they just isn’t sufficient demand for services as people think.

I doubt very much they didn’t try to develop the company , the evidence is clearly they are trying.

Sometimes you have to accept for whatever ever reason it’s just not a profitable model

Growth of 10% a month sadly is why the company is stalling its going to need a lot more money , placing around 3P. Looks like or Lower

I’d say the current board are proven they deal with all the main pharma’s

Paying someone half a million a year would be the minimum to get someone , people forget 150K isn’t a lot of money for a CEO

And how much will said new directors take in salary ? For offering zero value.

This has disaster wrote all over it , the company was actually doing its best

Paying someone new they won’t attract anyone worth their salt for less that 300K in pharma

And why would the outcome be any different this is a specialist field of work.

Hence why they can’t find anyone to replace Peter !!

I supported this company and lost my capital I have no regrets. Life’s to short and could have easily gone the other way.

Hi Laura quite happily come in for a coffee or pint and I’ll show you all my success , I’ve had many successful investments on AIM but I choose not to invest in the stock market anymore , I started shifting all my money away from the stock market 5 years ago into my own stock price so to speak.

That’s if your questioning my business acumen

I lost 100 grand here and all is good it was money I could afford to lose and as stated I always said this was a gamble !!

Your quite tiresome as a person in that you literally cannot have a balanced opinion or discuss anything but your own narrative.

I sold here as Peter left , that for me was an indication the plan had failed. And has failed hence the raise lower

Anyway you can guarantee they get in this will be gone very fast to the dogs.

Given it’s a chat board and given I invested a lot of money here and not once moaned when I lost it , because I’m not a baby like most and understand the risks.

Sadly Laura like myself you have called this wrong and your big mistake is falling in love with a share.

Its about time instead of attacking everyone that has an alternate view you actually sit have a hard look at yourself and learn some humility and develop a balanced approach.

Owning stock means nothing if you haven’t a clue how to run it and it’s not your field of expertise , you are essentially useless to the organisation.

Anyone can own stock and fools are easily parted from their money.

Seems to me the people who are conducting this coup have zero credibility and a terrible track record in meddling with things they don’t know a lot about.

Who in their right mind would try take over this with zero knowledge!!

You think that the new directors will take nothing and be charitable , the facts are the current directors are not on big salaries , The new directors add zero value

I hope they do take it over just to see them get in a right mess and lose all their money. Nobody will work for them and everyone will resign is my bet.

I think the company will be gone within 12 months that’s my prediction, fair enough if they had any clue how to run the business, but they don’t and it’s a specialist job.

I’m not invested by the way and completely neutral in my opinion , I’ve lost a lot of money here but don’t for one minute blame the people in charge , I’ve got more intelligence than that and understand they have a difficult job.

They clearly do have something but can’t monetise it correctly and have tried to grow it.
