I’ve been In quite a few AIM companies where it’s a similar situation scratching your head at why it was not moving then suddenly out of the blue a catalyst and it does 200-500%

I think fair value at the minute is around 10 million based on other companies

I think the issue is the contract amounts don’t excite the market but cumulatively they excite us as shareholders as we approach self sustainability.

I do however In all my expensive know of a major 100% re-rate catalyst and that’s the company not needing to raise

If cost neutrality does occur in the next 6 months then it’s a whole different conversation approaching the market for money for more growth and it would be likely done at a premium.

The tide appears to be turning and PYC adapting and forging new relationships in different fields , diversifying.

Also I know think it’s in doseMe’s interest to keep PYC going well

They could take a stake or buy us , they have a strategic interest in us.

I genuinely believe it’s either going to take

1.A steady stream of contracts continuing

2.A contract half a million area

3.DoseMe relationship paying off or more deepening tie up with them.

4.Grant out of the blue

5.NHS trial leading to a grant or something

6.High net worth person rocking up wanting a stake or pharma company buying us and taking us in house.

Basically so many things can happen

Given we have a good runway they have time

Another re-rate would occur if they rule out more funding.

Nobody will mind if they raise money at a penny this time or higher than 0.50P

I don’t think we will see a discounted raise this time in 6 months. I think they will pull something out the bag.

How can anyone say PYC are not growing when clearly they are , another good sign today

FRES ultimately will align with the fundamentals
