Hi trout I didn’t get taken in by anybody and I’m responsible for my own investment decisions

I did actually have 75k in Fab bought and sold for the same price in the end.

I’ve known a lot about FAB for the last 6 years it’s always had a promising library but in reality it was only saved from going bust itself by a grant of 5 million. Without that it would have been the same old story as here of revenues not covering costs and placing after placing most likely.

But the grant has helped it get some traction.

My point is you need a bit of luck in These markets so I don’t regret the decision as to be honest I could not foresee the 5 million grant.

I wish you luck over there on further gains !

On the flip side PYC was only punt money for me I’ve increased my wealth half a million this year in other investments half of which are my own share price so to speak of which I cannot let myself down !

Ive made a million and lost a million

On AIM and been successful half the time which is a hell of a hit rate but eventually the only companies still trading are SML and GGP

We can all point to many a situation we missed out on,

GGP I had 50 grand In at 0.50 average I got fatigued and questioned my investment and sold 1.90 then watched it go to 33P months after !

Rolls Royce I put 200 grand in at 68P I swore I’d leave it seeing it as long term. Month later I sold for a 10% gain then watched it shoot to the moon.

But I can point to many a good call or exit

I’ve had fun but ultimately my brain suits things more under my control that’s what I have learned. I’ll put my last 40K see if I can make a million again !

But rest assured I can afford to do that for fun.

Do not think that FAB was anymore than luck as an EGO complex will ultimately cost you. They would Also be under without the grant as we both know or heavily diluted trying to get somewhere.

I think anything is possible here

I do think sentiment is at an all time low and it’s priced for a placing in 3-4 months as they won’t let cash run to the bone and although revenues are increased it’s still loss making.

But if they can navigate and get a grant the SP could easily move back up hard along with a few bigger contracts

I do feel the new contracts are more a kind of building of future relationships kind of exercise rather than money making.

I left because Peter left and I was worried of the obvious.

I don’t know Anything and would not be surprised if they find a way through and the SP doubles from here but conversely I’d not be surprised if they raise money again.

Good luck Laura it’s a head scratcher and I think investors have just got slightly fatigued waiting for the inflection point that never seems to happen all the while been diluted

The 5 million buyer from the 3rd was one of my sells no doubt incorrectly marked.

The 8 million today sold looks like a fairly big holder who’s had enough.

Just took a position here as like the business model and potential growth , can see how this could snowball.

But also you never know Peter was on a low salary here and might have had a chance to double it quite rightly and things might happen here so maybe it’s still worth a punt!!

But fresh eyes think different at a low SP which essentially values the company as bust

How they raise at this price I don’t know

So I think a takeover is a possibility but why pay for it when you can let it go bust

I’m not going to hang about commenting and been that guy it’s just my final thoughts.

And trying to provide balance

Evening all just popped on to clarify I’ve never met Peter or Jim , PYC was a punt on potential and my time frame 1-2 years depending on the SP and how I judged it to be going. I sold on Peter leaving and that was the sign for me he’s failed in his mission to make PYC profitable. Meeting market expectations is not enough to keep the lights on in my opinion and the 2 x contracts announced after I sold kind of vindicated my decision in my head.

I feel they might be left with no option but to cut the SP in half down here to have one last hurah at it.

For all the promise and hard work I don’t blame the company , business is tough and not easy. I hope they survive and pull it out the bag but for me I don’t think Peter would be leaving it it was going to go right suddenly.

I’ve learnt it’s better to take some capital that’s left £40,500 in my case and throw it round the roulette wheel again if I see something..

It’s F-U money so I don’t mind losing the lot

Only invest what you can afford to safely lose chaps !

Pretty pointless diluting us again given the company valuation

So they must act in our interests this time

I’m hoping that they have good news and some kind of stake taken by DoseMe or some investors.

Either way this goes south it was not for lack of trying.

I am happy with the effort put in and progress. But I’d certainly not be participating in any fresh money needed or happy with another discounted placing.

Like I say they owe it to us to get a solution down these levels or they have wiped us out.

That’s AIM I guess and we will either be celebrating soon or licking wounds !!

interesting to see what happens from here , given the company is already valued as bust or unviable it’s a real head scratcher.

if they raise money again that has to be an admission of failure , this is why i can’t see how that happens from here but it’s not to say it can’t.

if they dilute is from here again then it would be a travesty as they are supposed to protect shareholder value ; i’d rather they merge with doseme or sell up.

with all the progress and growth you’d of thought some investor would shove them a million at no discount.

surely what they have here has some kind of value.

either way it’s **** or bust here for me and let’s hope our faith is rewarded.

Feel a sizeable grant is incoming here

I note an investor AGM one of the motions is the ability to alot new shares , Theirs been a lot of progress this year but also 12 months since the last raise and good revenues coming in.

So maybe 6 months more runway and the hope of major news

Obviously it’s hard to read , it seems pretty pointless raising money at say 0.25 given that it completely destroys the value of the company so the growth phase and potential is pointless.

What would be a better scenario is actually attracting investment at worst case 0.50.

If no investors see value wanting to buy shares or they have nothing up their sleeve then sadly they will have failed in their task to protect shareholders and are more interested in a salary.

I am hopefull that the worst case scenario does not happen their must be options available at this lowly market cap to avoid dilution which isn’t going to help the company.

I am happy with their output this year and hoping they can build on it.

The market cap is ridiculously low so I am optimistic someone will see value down here. If they don’t maybe I have to accept the loss.

But if I was ti sell now I’d get maybe 50 grand back

If the worst case happens I have 30 grand left and will leave it in

But if this comes good it will double and then look rosy and then likely it will double again.

In summary it’s best I leave my investment and see it through as logically I feel quite optimistic so like to think the actually have rabbits to pull and the share allotment motion is because they have an investor or want the option to raise after they plump the SP up.

But little difference between 50K and 30K for me in the worst case !

But would prob feel sick and annoyed if this did 100-200% which is highly possible on the right news.
