Troajan responds to being called out for misinformation with a deflection and a request for balance on a company which is technically insolvent, at the mercy of its major bondholder and posts conflicting information via RNS, most of which never contains any actual numbers or definite timescales.

He doesn't know the difference between a CLN drawdown and a CLN conversion, and when called out on that, hides his lack of basic knowledge behind dyslexia.

Troajan is either a bulletin board savant with 100K+ posts, a hot shot trader followed around the chatrooms by hundreds of disciples, or...

It's worse than that. The company cannot issue more shares before May without a prospectus, not just a general meeting. Their chances of getting advisers then the FCA to sign that off are, as with the RTO prospectus, as close to zero as makes no difference.

Yet this is hailed as some good news story because it means no further dilution, when in reality it gives the Convertible Noteholder the ability to take control of the PLC and operating subsidiaries at a time of their choosing.

But they keep on buying and averaging down, blindly lapping up the misinformation of Troajan, Latino and others on the basis that it will multibag next week and Putin won't launch a rocket. You couldn't make it up.

This lot continue to deserve all they get.

I don't believe Winnifrith has acolytes on these boards. He has his own reputation and profile, and his site as his mouthpiece, he doesn't need to pay to have a narrative pushed here.

They told the market on 26 November that it had completed, and on 10 December that it hadn't!

And in any case, the CRML shares to be passed by European Lithium to TM1 will be subject to a lock in until late February when all other CRML scrip transaction lock ins expire at the same time. There will be a mad rush for the exit, likely a lack of ready buyers (CRML volumes are currently very small), and the share price will likely collapse.

But that truth doesn't shift TM1 shares to mug punters, so you have to keep up the misinformation that USD 10M is arriving at the end of February. That lie was repeated on here by someone else earlier today!

We can agree that Atlas do not want an "administrative event" --- at the moment. All the time they can sell enough shares to reduce their exposure in a meaningful way they will continue to do so.

When that liquidity dries up they will look to other means to do that. It is naive to think they are "paralysed" or in any way lacking power. As the holder of bonds in default, they hold all the cards. Everyone should be aware of that.

The moment they demand repayment the debtor is insolvent and its assets such as they are come under the creditor's control via the administrator / receiver. Any subsidiary which owes its parent money repayable on demand that cannot meet the call is insolvent too, and will likely come under the same control.

Without wishing to make the conversation about me, that should not be the point of this board at all, I am intrigued by these comments and wonder if you would care to elaborate.

I have googled "what is a share prophet" in case I'd missed some recently coined term but the only results relate to Winnifrith's site. Other than being a subscriber I have no connection to him and while we agree on some things I take a differing view on some of the shares he has tipped as buys.

I would also like to make it clear I have never had a direct interest in Technology Minerals, long or short. I do have a significant interest in clean, efficient, well regulated public markets via my SIPP, and I despise the misinformation and manipulation that infests the lower end of London , tarring the whole market with a certain taint and causing private investors like myself to lose money.

Hence my stance here.

Any market maker would do it with margin call and make good provisions in place to protect their risk. It's not a huge amount in the grand scheme of things, and if they can make a decent enough risk free turn it is exactly what market makers are there to do.
