If the company receives $10M at the end of February it will obviously ease the company's dire immediate liquidity problems. It would be bizarre to argue otherwise. My 'if' at the start of that sentence, supported by the market cap, is different to your 'when', supported by your holding. Again, that is what makes a market.
However, that would not change the investment case for me personally. I believe in the circular economy and understand the need for a proportion of the materials for future battery production to come from recycling, not 100% from mining. However to get that to profitable scale could need a nine figure, indeed even a ten figure dollar investment - far more than can be raised by any of the current players, not just Recyclus. Backing a winner in that field today is akin to picking the winner of the 2030 Derby. I suspect in one case, and know for sure in the other, that the winner hasn't even been born yet.
I guess I am one of the older posters here. I do not have many speculative stocks in my portfolio, preferring solid potential bid targets and dividend payers. I don't consider Technology Minerals to be either in my lifetime.
Then there is the management team. This lot have proven themselves untrustworthy to say the least and would never see a dime of my money now.
