Payrolls run like clockwork though so if you think about where the money from those comes from, you might be able to work out who the mug is in this little set up.

All time lows are rarely brought in by MMs playing games. They need some people to be in the money, some out (i.e. in the middle of volatile range bounds) with tight spreads for 'games' (other words are available) to be easiest.

These recent falls are people wanting out after a long suspension. You may take the view that it is oversold, but it's not manipulation that has brought it here.

Other than it taking them 2 years plus (and counting) since the umbrella agreement was first trumpeted on 27 April 2023, no. It is self-evident that there has been little progress on the financing documents since they were first drafted and circulated.

Other than that it's just gut feel from decades in corporate finance, none in Ethiopia although some in Africa, none in mining but plenty in O&G.

This is utter garbage, and not backed up by what is there in black and white. I could pick any one of dozens of RNSs for comparison to yesterday, the result would be the same.

Re-read that RNS, then compare it to yesterday. The tone is almost identical. What you are waiting for? EXACTLY the same, almost two years on.

Documentation was drafted then. It is still drafted now. No deal of this nature, no matter how complex, takes two years to move from draft documentation to signature.

I maintain that one of the key syndicate members was not happy with the deal in 2023 and is still not happy now. If that has not been resolved by now, it will never get resolved. I predict that this syndicate will fall apart. Arguably it already has, but others closer to it are also in denial. Someone else will renegotiate that package and bring this asset to production.

You want to believe it is different this time, because (if what you tell us is correct and I have no reason to doubt you) you are in for a six-figure sum, and this going wrong would break you mentally if not (I hope) financially.

The can will be kicked, again.

If he can get away with it, Adams will place, again.

Until the bank runs dry, the payrolls will continue to run like clockwork.
