The only borrowings on their balance sheet are to TM1 - we know all about those and how they prevent Recyclus raising fresh equity - and to the loan sharks "Mega Company". If Close are coming in behind that lot good luck to them. I hope they have adequate security.

There is a Close Brothers All Assets Debenture on Libatt and Libox, but not the immediate parent. That they are now securing their debt against the assets (such as they are) of the parent widens their security and tells you how much value they see in the subsidiaries (norra lot).
