At £1.3M it is phenomenally expensive, not phenomenally cheap.

Companies cannot issue shares at below nominal value. There will need to be a capital reorganisation before they can raise at anything less than 5p per share. There aren't any resolutions in the AGM notice to effect this.

I know he has me green boxed and I'm probably one of the three he has reported to the FCA, but I am genuinely concerned for Silverlight's mental health. Violent mood swings and a sense of acute paranoia are symptoms of an imminent breakdown.

I hope he doesn't lash out against those nearest to him or self-harm, and sincerely want him to get the support he so clearly needs.
