Have to remember yesterday that this is an investment business and Jennings wants it ran that way. Over the years, so much money has been sank into operations rather than focusing on a return for shareholder.

Jennings like many others on hear will be looking for some return on capital whether by payment of a special / regular dividend (if HMS starts throwing off some profit). Other alternative would be for a share buy back which would normally give a share price lift. This could also bring into pay share options for senior staff and possibly some of the warrants at 1.5p

Still expecting confirmation of HMS grade by the end of the month and CPR for 2A

I would be extremely surprised if the payment isn’t received, especially after they failed to make payments before. Jennings who has just come in would not want egg on his face if the payment isn’t received. I do however have an inclination that the payment may be delayed due to banking and money transfers requirements

Definitely think a dividend is going to be announced with reference to “qualifying date” in RNS - we will soon know and once know, should give us a further list.

Haven’t had a chance to check back on past acccounts but anyone remember if tax was paid on the full expected consideration when the sale of Aftan was originally announced ?

Good outcome - 80% share to shareholders although this is NET of working capital, taxes etc. first 500k will go to clear some of the debt and suspect the next payment

A good update will at least allow some of the placing shares to be washed through - not expecting too much by way of share growth during 2026 - just hoping the lights stay on 😂

Have an average of 0.45p so still well in profit but significantly down from highs over the last few years.

Jennings has set out his stall - gave timelines - let’s see if he meets them!

Two are in his control - CPR and HMs grade - no where to hide if no update in the next few weeks

Not committing any more funds - we have had mistrusting individuals at the helm for the last two CEOs - we now have a third CEO who promises to turn the ship around. Same chat from a Jennings as from out other two CEOs - I’ll give him 6 weeks to come out with just one thing he has promised.

It is good that his has skin in the game but that was historic - would he invest now knowing how the business sits ? Not sure I would

Disappointing that this has gone sub 1p again - hopefully something possible on the back Q&A strategy will materialise in the next few weeks - sure Jennings will be keen to get any announcements on development in the public domain

Totally - this is what I’m expecting

CPR for 2A shared before the end of the month as intimated

Confirmation of grade enhancement for HMS - also expect by end of the month

Outcome of Arbitration by the end of the month as intimated

Aftan update - got the impression this was a little way off

2A mining licence, if we get it - anyone’s guess - 98% there as Jennings said so hope for something this year

So many false dawns with this company. Long term holders will be looking for some glimmer of light

After raising all the cash and investing I am surprised we haven’t had an update - did we or did we not start selling DMS in May?

Expecting an update within next 48 hours as I cannot for one minute think there is going to be a live Q&A with no new news

Maybe there is some imminent news going to be released before investor meet.

Let’s hope so. With the absence of any reference in recent RNS’s I would guess that any revenue is minimal. Maybe this is the next bit that Jennings will update us on

Would like to think we will get a progress update in the next 7 to 10 days.

Any setback / delay and I see this falling into the 0.01s but production and sales will see this rise. don’t expect any substantial rise though until a lot of the placing shares (and there are loads) are cleared.

Just shows how much BS Dennis has been feeding us over the past years.

Would be nice to understand how this impact the diamond operation which has effectively been put on hold since the new strategic direction started
