Yes the AGM is normally a formality but it could be the trigger for more news.

The real issue is when the Government / Bank of England decide a course of "quantitative easing" is required and pump billions of pounds (of our money!) into the city to stimulate growth, and yes it does, in the Cayman Islands!!!!!!!!!!!
