Totally agree with you here.
Share holders SHOULD vote to back the board of directors, not doing so will have a detrimental effect on the company going forward.
People need to realise that this is "business" with loads going on in the back ground which they simple cannot tell us. There will be a reason why they cannot tell us who the $20m investor was, and it will come out in the end but we all need to TRUST the BOD and back them 100%. If you cannot do this you should question why you are invested here.
This is NOT a company run like a bank from years gone by where all they wanted to do was take as much money out as they could.
Everyone who has not voted yet please think long and hard about the implications of your actions.

I'm not sure regarding the "was it or wasn't it" a speeding ticket incident, but I seem to remember the SP was accelerating daily and "could" have got out of control.
There was a buzz about the company and new shareholders were flooding in thinking they were going to make a killing, if it was a speeding ticket it was probably a good thing judging by the fact that we are still not at the end of the road!

I don't think GH is saying that but every share has highs and lows, Look at virtually ANY share, its not one way traffic, Nyct, Easyjet, BP... but basically you've only lost if you sell (at below purchase price!)
If share dealing was as simple as picking a good company and just watching it rise everyone would be millionaires!

It's not down to the company to issue guidance because the share price is going down.
The BOD has a full time job running the company and negotiating what's going on behind closed doors.
If people stopped selling it wouldn't go down. The MM's would need to attract sellers and the only way to do that would be to take the price up to a level where they attract sellers again!

Just remember why we all invested here, we have got the commodity of the moment, and the future!
This is not some asset that countries have thousands of tonnes stockpiled as a "hedge"
These are metals that the whole world is going to need for it's green future,
A commodity which in the case of Palladium is $900 an ounce more expensive than gold, and we have extremely low extraction costs.
Yes we need more details of where this is heading but the JV with Rosgeo and the Japanese involvement point to an expanding future.
IMO this will be heading north of the current SP.

My point is that I trust the BOD, they hold massive amounts of shares (so dilution will impact of them also) and WE don't have access to the full picture and what's going on in the background.
We ALL have invested here to try and make money, if you believe that the BOD ALSO want to make money why "tie one hand behind their back"?????
Anyway the choice is yours!

We all want answers, I would love to know what the full story is here, and when we will get the final pieces of the jigsaw!
I do not want dilution that's for sure, but I trust that should the BOD issue more shares it will be for the good of the company and its shareholders, and it will significantly increase the asset base of the company.
For this reason I have voted giving my full backing to the BOD.
