I didn't take your advice, I tend to do my own thing!
People do tend to panic though, much of which is the result of the media trying to sell papers and poorly researched "clowns" on here predicting armageddon, step forward a certain root vegetable!
A little while ago this shares SP was bouncing back and forth between £2.80 & £3.20 for months, that was the time to trade, now I feel this is in the true investment cycle where I'm happy to hold, collect the dividends and hopefully watch it climb past £5 in the coming months.
You could be lucky trading, but you could also find yourself locked out.

I might be wrong here but do BP actually take/sell Rosneft oil & gas? I'm not sure they do but I'm sure BP could confirm that if you email them.
As far as I remember they just collect their due dividends and share of the profit.
SHOULD there be sanctions which for any reason block the collecting of this money it will just sit there until sanctions are eased.

Germany, Italy and others will vote against. If there are sanctions Germany will shut.

I'm here and have been for the last 12 years collecting my dividends, sell a few when the prices are high (£5.50+) and buy a few when the price is cheap.
For me the price is still cheap.

Henry hub is a distribution network in America, and JKM is Japan related (prices?) but I'm sure Google would be able to help more.
I know BP's LNG production was quite high and they have their own shipping but for anything factual / more precise you'd probably need to contact BP's press office.

Yes, you miss out.
Investing in the stock market is about taking calculated risk.
You assess what's happening and if YOU believe that the benefits outweigh the risk then either sit tight or invest.
You think otherwise and that's fine, everyone's risk threshold is different.
I'm happy to be invested here and across the stock market.

Putin already has a lot of power with the supply of commodities.
Oil & gas is the obvious one and Russia has serious quantities of both, but there's more with precious and non precious metals.
Russia will soon be a true super power with the supply of the likes of Nickel, Copper, Cobalt, Rare earth's and the more usual ones of Platinium etc.
Many of these metals have restricted supply and with Russia coming "online" it will soon dominate the market.
I believe there's an interesting decade in front of us and America should be careful just how much it tries to alienate Russia.
