It's all a question of priorities, if you want something badly enough you work for that goal.
Yes of course there's exceptions, but to a degree that has always been the case but yes more areas are probably unattainable because of second home ownership etc, but GENERALLY SPEAKING if you spend most of your money of other things home ownership is not your No.1 priority.

So people living at home with mum and dad, earning hundreds of pounds a week, in some cases giving their parents nothing, buy brand new cars on credit or lease, have to have the latest iPhone whatever it is, have a wardrobe full of Hugo Boss Clothes, spend £100's a week going out BUT,
Cannot afford to buy a house.
Yes not everyone is like this but I worked with these people.

Agree re chefs, nightmare job especially in a busy establishment and definitely one I would never do, but....
People are speaking GENERALLY,
People don't want to save anymore, yes the interest rates are rubbish but people don't want to work and not go out and save.
When I bought my 1st house I was skint, I didn't go out (apart from work) for 6 months, I was on a deck chair for a while until I could afford a sofa.
I know loads of Sub 25's who live at home with mum and dad, drive nice cars, and I mean nice new cars (not the pieces of junk I had back then) they have £50+ a month mobile phone contracts, and the ones I worked with had salaries I could only dream of when I was say 20, yet they cannot afford to buy a house.
Anyway the gardens calling, don't forget people are talking GENERALLY!

It's all about news.
When news breaks there'll be a total re-rate, until then it's just crossing off the days.

I think with any small cap explorer, and this applies to mining as well as oil & gas is not to over expose yourself on any one share.
I tend not to invest my "life savings" just take a position you are comfortable at and sit back and see what happens.
If the news flow goes well you can always add, the main thing is getting that cheap early holding.
Easier said than done at times as its easy to get lured in by the cheap prices, I have been in the past but I always spread risk.

You are either,
1. Not investing and a troll.
2. A trader looking to deramp for there own benefit.
3. Have absolutely no idea and shouldn't be investing in the stock market.
Investing has risk, you assess the company and its assets and take a decision whether to invest.
I'm happy to hold here, not much more I can really add and I would suggest that if you are invested and are that negative you either sit back and wait or you sell up because I really think looking at your history investing is not for you.

The problem with these boards is there's absolute fruit cakes like you, spiteful, vile people who get a kick out of trying to upset and unsettle people.

This is a sound company with great assets, fantastic location (spoilt somewhat by the war!) But in respect of NN, roads and nearby port.
