ARA could continue to bank roll Aminex through loans until such time it gets into production and by then the SP will 'hopefully' (lets not get carried away) be significantly higher so would inherently benefit in the longer term. I dont believe they would want Aminex to raise capital unless its a last resort . Using free cash flow then start exploring other licences and acquiring. If ARA wanted to expedite matters they could do by farming into those licences which again would match the Aminex business model currently where they take a back seat.

To be honest I think Aminex is essentially in ARA Control now, the Aminex board are just ARA mouthpiece when they need to speak.

Holding is now 4.5m. Still lots of time to keep adding I feel around this price. Although wouldn't not complain if price went up.

Oh and also depends what the 3d seismic throws up.. Could be sitting on even bigger discovery or a puddle.

Other than that we are all here waiting for the main event which is CH1 of which there will be the results of 3d seismic before which will tell us if the prize has got bigger. It will be interesting to see if they bring the drill forward. They are currently doing the 3d seismic around the CH1 drill location so if the data for that can be processed quickly they could get drilling while 3d seismic continues on the wider acreage. Depends how organized they are and if all the equipment can be mobilized in a timely manner.

To be honest I don't mind waiting and adding on weakness in sp as the fundamentals have not changed. The only thing to change price targets would be a placing if/when that happens and at what price.

And there are the sells. Been the pattern recently. A few buys which are then sold into.

The real ask should be advertised at 0.75 but the MM for some unknown reason want to keep the spread wide

Usually the more you want to buy or sell the more or less the sell price

You would not be able to sell 500k at 0.715 unless the MM were bidding higher for shares. Hence the other trades in the 0.6's were sells.

You might be able to sell small amounts in the 0.7's

Anyone else been able to get anything out of Camarco recently? I have asked them some questions but like a lot of these companies not even a reply to say that information is market sensitive and will be released via correct channels.

88e current MCAP of over £200m and needing funding to drill again while not producing is crazy and will likely end up below 1p again. While Aminex is valued at close to 30m and fully carried to production. This should make its way to 100m mcap and beyond once 3D seismic and drilling plans are known to the market.

Looking at the trading patterns recently it looks like either there is a large seller or forward selling for a placing. There has been plenty of buying but no uplift in sp. I suspect if there is a placing the BOD waited for the approval at the EGM to continue to be able to continue trading shares on the open market before starting the forward selling. Otherwise if the EGM was not approved they forward sellers would have needed to buy back the shares on the open market to cover the effective short.

If i didnt know any better, id say there was a placing in the works. quite a number of buys during the day and no uplift in price then large trades shown at the end of the day slightly lower than the majority of buys today which means are likely sells. There have not been enough sells below 0.41 to make those two 3,350,000 trades buys.

Similar story yesterday with the two trades 2,800,000 & 2,300,000 @ 0.40

Plan b could well be to place some shares to give them enough working capital to workout where to go next as they know the gov are not going to sign this off by the 15th.
