Any views on relisting value, as far as I can suss the main debt has not been solved but I guess how bad the results read and the statement gives us nothing to go on

Thanks for the update, sounds likeyou have some insight or good source in the company. The real worry is the Peak payment which shoul dhave happened by the end of July. If that money is lost they will surely go sharply down if and when they ever get traded

taht is 8 days ago but rpobably the reason hwy they went up last week, but it can't harm and hopefully will attarct a bit more attention and belief in this share

at first glance this looks like a big price to pay for a company with 0.60 mill profits and without much possibility of cutting staff and cost but the synergies ebwteen the 2 companies and the ambition of FAN looks promising and it should be seen as a positive move despite the extra debt. Does anyone know how long this normally would take till they end suspension?

I have take a speculative punt and bought a bunch about 1 hour ago. If I can get up to 10 I will be a hppy man and it will have paid me back moer or less what I lost in them earlier

Swinger is sadly righ. For some time I thought Money man actually did know what he was on about but he is just playing games. Everybody do your own research but please research the shares Moneyman has been reccommending and by far mnots of them have taken steep declines and he then comes on an dsays things like he averaged down or changes his long to a short but forgot to post that fact and made a fortune. Just his comment on Fan that he averaged down, even if you have when it is at the very lowest it has been at it still can't have made you any money and you are showing such a blatant lack of knowledge and trying to mislead people taht I have decided to delete you once and for all. There are some great guys on this forum and some who have real good views to back up their advice, money man, you are not one of them and I wish you a good life on your cruise

know exactly who you mean, but we have to do our own research , but when taht person comes on with the 50-100% profits advise I steer a wide berth away nowadays. The shares havea tendency to crash although might find agood one once a while but the shares will always be one for high gambling. If a share should be double where it is normally enough people can see it and it willgo higher. You willsee shortly that person will come on and asy that he sorted at 76 and have made an enormous profit on this, just forgot to post that fact!!!

sorry, that's old news and anyone on this share will know that, what we are looking for is any news or updates form the company since then. in this case I am sorry to say no news is bad news but it is make or break week

I do agree with you on everything you say, but it is just that every time the price falls this quote from Nigel wray is pulled out. It is not a recent quote and I just didn't want anyone looking at it here to think it was

Maybe,just maybe he is clever enough to take a closer look and say soemthing might be wrong here and I better coem to my senses.. They are going to offer a rights issue ata discount to present price , they better hurry before the price is 0. This has been consistently the worse company I have ever got into. Great concept, crap management. The way they have been spending is beyond belief and it will take a miracle to reverse it's fortunes. That said might be wortha punt at this level eitehr if it gets teh banking facility adn a bit of breathing space or that somebody take over and sacks all the present management. At least trading was OK.

keep an eye on santanders share price when you do the calcualtions, up a few percentage points this week whcih obviously makes AL shares more valubale if you haven' already sold them

the price comaprison is fair but the share will still be traded and any rumour of an investigation by monopolies commission will cause a big frop in price and any rumour about otehr companies coming in with a higher bid will cause teh price to rise. Nothing is certain in this market, just think a few weeks back where an absolute certain agreement had been made between TBG and Bradford bigley announced jointly by both companies but none of us knew the small lletters taht said that if there was two changes in valuation in themarket before the deal could be sealed they could pull out. I have no idea what small letters is in this agreement but I asssure you there are some and I would proabbly say the deal will go through 85-90%

I can't tellyou how many deals I have heard that have been done and dusted which have collapsed, this has to be approved by sharehodlers and there is plenty of time for a counterbid which admittedly would have to be a hostile bid. With regard to BB they are already discussing monopolies issues on this one so i doubt very much that they would be allowed to buy anything else in Britain

and there is always the chance taht somebdoy else is looking at this and seeing what a bargain Santander are getting and might come up witha competing offer, could still happen, that is why the price is always potiched slightly higher than thebid until it is a done deal which will take some time yet.
