299 + 18 in dividend, this may open a bidding war but I am not so sure about shoving, you prefer theprice it ended at Friday, it would have taken a long time to get to this price on it's own

jsut read through the Telegraph article, scary how you coudl have repalced TAN with VAN or even NRK and a lot of the story would have been the same. great idea, good growth, CEO larger than life, spending too much money,starting tohave to lie hoping to save something before being found out and the everything coems tumbling down, hope the ending is dfifferent! If soemthing is too good to be true it probably is too good to be true.

why did this stock take such a sspectacular dive the last hour. I saw they had a restructure but no bad bews and they are very well funded. i understand they are getting dragged down by BB and otehrs but this last dip had nothing to do with that. anyone any ideas or was it just a very thin market this afternoon which should mean a good buying opportunity first thing monday morning?

yes, you would think that it would be that simple but it is never so, may be the potential buyer has also seen something in the due diligenc process which has scared them which might have something to do with the price. Strange again today that the price has dropped without any trade whatsoever

Are you aware of any upcoming news. The sale you mention, is that the same you mentioned when you first reccomended this share as the safest bet ever at 76?. The market has not taken a kind view to this one but it is incredibly low P/e and as long as it is no one of these companies which we have seen to many of recently with skeletons in their cupboards it should be Ok for the medium term. Are they about to report since you are talking about them today ?

Ignore the language of allthewayup. we all know we have to take our own decisions. I just asked becasue Iknow you have always been a big fan of certain shares and they seem to be doing quite badly. I did wonder how you got them down to an average of 10 as I didnt think they had even touched 10 before today but I have no reason to doubt you. I was surprised you sold eel after 10% profit in a day whne you thought they would at least doublebut you must have a good 6th sense. Sound as if you very seldom lose so would appreciate if you told us when you sold as well as you normally do when you buy. Your decision adn whatever you do everyone should of course do their own research and never blame anyone else for tehir own decision. This is a discusiion board not an advice board, big difference!

havent heard from you for some time. Interested in your opinion on thi sone and also on some of your other favourites, EEL, ATG, FAN. I am not having a dig as things go up and down, just wonder if you are still in all of these

no wonder they had toc ome out a few weeks a go and stop the rise that was happening. They would have been accused of all sorts of tehy had allowed the price to go up even further and then come out with results like these. I certainly know what I am going to do next time I see a warning like that

yes, but we said taht 3 months ago as well and surprise, surprise they managed to go down. Try and have a look at the numbers and not the words. This company is on life support, i think they will survive but it will take a long tome before we see 30 or even higher on these guys

and this they didn't know 5 days ago when they issued their last statement? It is unbeleivable how the managements of so many companies these days hide their head in the sand and worse keep things secret from tehir investors, difficult to trust any of them anymore.

As usual alll the excuses every time a share isnot going up as everybody wnats the MMs are blamed and as usual the truth was simply that the company was in great trouble. I have learnt now that when a share refuses to move up the last few weeks before results it is probably because the bad news has been leaked and people are abandoning ship. That said there are some encouraging noise in the statement which if you hold long enough could see this share be profitable atthese levels, but you must be prepared to be in for at least 2 years in my opinion.The restrutucring cost a fortune and Ima not sure that the benefits will be shown for some time. The good news was that they have recruited 50 new franschisees in the last 3 months but they calim it is getting more and more difficult for people to get loans to buy the franschises. I think the company is well enough funded although assessing their own goodwill at 21 million is well excaggerated. I am putting my shares in the storage cupborad as refuse to sell a these levels. Would be interested to hear any further interpretatioons of today's results.

still wish I had bought more at 14 but always difficult to know when the bottom is reached (stating the obvious, I know) but have now tooped up my holding at 17.50. will be interesting to see where these sttle down end of day and end of week.

thanks for info, pretty dramatic to lose 50% of price due to delay. I sthere a real worry that this might never come through. SP recovering slightly, very volatile.
