the most obvious of rampers is Vince 09, never been seen before, joined the forum today although one can suspect was here under a different name, going on 10 different sites pushing the same share, no information excpet the usual cries, dont miss out, great buy etc, by the way gone on all the sites that were ramped today JJB, ZZl DYS etc. If you choose to invest in MEC do it from your own research and not because Vince suggests, he brings you nothing!

I didnt say anything about the price going higher if it doesnt go through, I would have though it might fall and as to which price they will try to delist at , nobody knows. this is pure guesswork

in my opinion once delisted there can be no trading so prices can't change and you will take whatever is offered by the company. when the price has been set you will have 5 days to sell your shares and from then on you can only sell them through the company, but I do not believe the price will change. Obvioulsy if they cant get 75% support at the price they wish to repurchase teh shares at which they ahvent announced tehre will no delisting, but I cant imagine they havent secured the support form 75 % before they made such an annoucement

I hope it will receover but there is not one piece of fundamental that has changed since the price was much lower. It was talked up , the people that did that sold out , the pric dropped, ys a few more buys from epopel who caught on too late or like you hope thatthis share rose on real news not fake news and ramping. Notice the deafening silence form people who yesterday couldnt shout loud enough abou t the merit sof this company. Comapnies dont change over night, why should teh fortunes of this one, they have simply got what they wanted and disappeared to turn up with with the same name or a different name soem where else next week. beware anyone bringing you gold ona tray. I hope it will go up but even if it does, please learn from this, they get ebtter and better ion ramping but you have to ask yourself for real reasons why shares which has been out of limelight for so long suddenly should move and if you cant find the eviodence there highlyu likely isnt any. I cant tellyou much. Youc an stay in and hope and with the share at this price might be the ebst thing to do but you could lose it all. As nobody knwos much about this company although it has a wide reach in the region it operates everybody seemingly just bough on the ramp and you notice none of theramper have been on this afternoon to expalin why it wll went wrong. They are long gone withtheir profits but hopefully even though you have lost money on this you have learnt a lot and I hope I dont sound patronising but i just hate those guys that do this to you. If somebody says soemthing is going to rise ask why and ahy again and then check if the information has any legs to stand on. if you look at HRG which I have been reccomending there are lots of good arguments but cant say the same for this one.

itis actually down on teh day now and a lot of people got cauhgt in teh rush to double diogits and bought this morning at 7 and have proabbly lost 1/3 now and it is unlikely ever to egt to that again, cut your losses,

I would get out as quickly as possible, allthese things you can see do you have anyreason for that or have you just been caught up in the baltant ramping taht is going on a lot of shares today

good article flyfisher, ought to be automaticallys ent to everybody who signs up here, if I was admin I would look very carefully at Paddy's actions the last few days. We always tell people to do research before they jump on any bandwagon, but looks like not many do or know what they should be doing. A share very seldom moves just becasue it is told to. There normally has to be a some sort or reasoning and if you cant find the reason or get a proper explanation why ashare shoudl be moving it probably is because there isnt one. Finally please note that rampers always get agressive against anyone trying to calm things down, they will get a lot of abuse and be told they are just here to spoil the fun, as we now see sometimes a voice of reason makes sense whilst going white water ramping

I really cant say, If I see some 20% profit I will take it, but it si purely specualtive and I woudl only put very litlle in here.

i am no expert in this field but normally people dlist becasue they value is so low that it cost toomuch to stay in the market and that is the expalnation that tey have given on their site. The other reason is that they might feel contricted by the limitations and reporting that being on the market require. I have seen this in the past, the strange thing here is that they have not given any price tat they are goign to delistat and therefor what is going on now is pure guesswork as what that price willbe

we always used to say, you cant ramp through a forum like this, do you really think this has changed. I know there are a lot of new faces who have proven pretty gullable but you really think that will move theprice?

I ams ure you have done the reseach but are you aware of the delisting of this share in the next few weeks so not a lot of time to recover

CMR announced in their delisting the price tehy would delist at, namely 20 p and tehir shares went from 10 to about 17p. with this share it is much more speculation where tehy are going to pitch the delisting at and I am amazed they didnt set a target price. The share has now doubled since teh announcement so more than CMR did but they are not exactly comparable. I guess we can chase the SP on this one higher and higher but might have to come down to earth when they announe the price. I will probably go in with a little punt but will be out again by the end of the week

but on what basis will they value thebusiness and who will decide that price. I assume they have a majority for the delisting, otehriowse tehy wouldnt announce it.

I see this company is seeking delisting next week and will most probably get it. Has anyone seen anything about what price this will be delisted at or is the sudden rush simply speculation?
