It is only this year the dividend was 1.2 p, it has been a standard 4p and I think it will revert to that if it is stilla listed company. The other measurement is that TMCs like this one are normally valued at about 5 times their future profits. If they can make 24 million in a very bad year they could easily make 30-35 million in a reasonable year if not more. Other TMCS are able to make 1% of sakes which would bing them back in a totally differnet brackeet but even conservatively 30 times 5 should make them worth about 150 million and their market cap is about 80 million so a long way to go.

Looks like we might reach 30p much earier than I thought. Wonder if we might hear some news soon, but if they knew something The director wouldnt have been allowed to buy his shares as was announced yesterday. Something is going on and if I dont know what it is having the right effect and I am enjoying it! On small though for Johnno who decided to short this share down to an SP of 10 a few weeks ago LOL

and not just any director but the leader of the pack and the guy who mos likely will lead them in a possible reprivatisation.

confirms everythng we have been saying for months, how this share ever went to 4-5 p is unbeliveable and itis still only half of where it should be even without a potential bid. In principal I want to be here with my full holding when it gets to 50 but that might be greedy, could take some profits and still reach my targetted 6 figures when it gets to 50 but no urgency just now. One of the thinsg with these shares is taht athere are so few shares left in open circualtion not owned by the 2 suitors, large insititurions, directors or as we found out big chunks by people on thsi board altogether it was a round 90% which leaves 10% and even amongst those not many are interesting in selling as they are all waiting for a bid.

always good to see the directors beleiving the price is still very low. As we can all see the price adjustment that came in at clsoe on Friday was adjusted at opening thismorning and we are back up to 25. Things looking very good.

Yes, I see that it dropped nearly 2 pence at the close , but that seesm to adjust it self at the opening and I willbet you anything we will be over 24 at the opening on Monday, not really sure why that happens in the 5 minute adjustment at 16.30 every day but it balances out the next trading day

I have always said that if they want my shares 50p is the opening bid and i think that will be theminimum required. A lot of the institutions have shares that are valued at 90 p astehy were infrom the beginning and why would they sell a such a huge loss. I think but not sure that they need 90% to force us to sell.

My favoured theory is that DNATA will not go alone but join forces with mangament in a joint MBO buyout. DNATA are very good friends with radcliffe and have been part of HRG and previously BTI for many years. The question how BCD will react, will they willingly give up the shares and at what price, in any event can only be good for us as they will force the price up. Any bid will in my opinion at least double the price from here

I understand you work for a smaller TMC, are you in sales, management? I believe thenumber is 29%

This is the one time a year that some business journalists look at this industry. HRG is the only one publishiung results in this sector and without having the insight people group it in with touroperatorsor airlines and aftre BA's results they see the whole sector being at risk. Also they are of course at risk of being bought up by raiders such as BCD and DNATA. The reality as you know being inthe business is that this is far less risky than both airlines and tour operators, margins might be small but no inventory and therefore only fixed costs to cover and if they have adjusted those and winningmore account than they are lsoing this should be soem of the most riskfree company around. As the Times says their SP is still very low and based on profits I would say that themarket cap just now is 1/2 ofwhat it should be. Based on potential profits for 2010 and moving forward even less. Now that any nervousness about these accounts are out of the way we will start moving up and looks like we are already starting, would be nice to see a new base at around 30 before the big push.

Interesting article from thetimes, Note that even they say the share price is very low and the denial from David R is the weakest denial I have seen for along time considering he has to say No or he would have broken all sorts of regulations byt not advising previously of his intentions. I am reasonably convinced this will be the last accounts presented as a public company and we will cash out big in the next year.
