I think they mean that within any of tehir funds no company can represent more than 5%, not theat they cant own a bigger proportion of any one compnay

2 theories: 1) Artemis is a cover for somebody else , possibly somebody form management or somebdoy taht managment will join with in arranging and MBO. This could vrey likely be the situation. I doubt taht management have enough money to do this alone and they will need a JV partner especially if DNATA is not willing to fork out for amny more shares which obviously will go up in price if they force a bid 2) Artemis a very well respected fund who can read teh situation better thanmost and them buying inhere for pure profit puposes sends a great signal to everybody and is a great comfort to the existing holders. If tehy think 31 is a bragian price then those of us who bought in at 5 or maybe 10 shoudl be rejoicing, definitely a vote of confidence even if they only took it for profit. my guess is that they are hoping to be contacted soon by eitehr BCD, DNATA or Management to hear what they want for tehir shares if option 1 is not already in place. I hope the only sell for 100% profit!!

doubt it very much, the swine flu is looked as a total joke especiallyin the corporate travel world except maybe a little in the US where they get easy paranoid. The drop was actually very small and maybe simplybecause there was no news and we are all waiting but then the famous fuill ppoint in the last 2 minutes, feel that will beback in the morning and we will open up above 30 immediately upon opening

don't ever use this site for prices, there are delays and in this case I think that when there has not been an actual trade it doesn't move.I think I can say with reasonable certainty that they havent gone bust LOL

Lots of unanswered questions but as you cansee from teh share price everybody saw what happened as a positive and i would be very surprised if we didnt see another boost tomroow. Normally whne somebody sells teh price drops but everybody knows here taht when so many shares change hands something big is brewing. If yous ee the RNS it was issued by Permira and it might be that HRG doesnt know who bought these and the rest untill tehy get notification. I cant remember how long they have to notify the market of any material changes but I believe it has take 2-3 days previously, maybe somebody knows the rules. exciting times!!

Why they have sold nobody can say or even at this price but this might be peanuts for them, the inetresting question is who bought them and that also has to be disclosed if it is any ofthe major players which it must be. The question is also if they were approached by somebody to sell. There are so few shares in circulation that if BCD and/or DNATA were to continue their progression in a major way they would have to persuade one of the existing large holders to release tehir shares which they have done. the otehr question is that this only represeents about half of the shares sold today. When will we hear about the rest, did they persuade somebody else to selland if so the bid announcement or MBO could happen any day now

yeaha few sells and I think general uncertainty of what is going on, would be very disappointed though if we didnt finish above 30. i want us to build a firm foundation this time over 30

I was in far higher but bought a lot and I mean a lot at 5 so got my average down to under 10 and have made a small fortune. I said early on that this compnay is worth 50 p in it's own right on the performance and results it has now, but if the bid comes in it could goback up to 80. I willnot touch it under 50 and mightconsider selling 30% at that time but depends on how it looks. Fornow it has moved to over 30 without any official bid which ios better that I though and the re****s are out with no bad surpises so things looking very good inthe HRG garden

Have posted my las t post on teh subject over there now, promise. Asd you said yourself everybody else seems to have moved on and being able to chat about theissues in hand without getting too serious but apparently M... still has a problme but that is now his problem. Thanks for the support, risiculous wasting time on such childish issues. Now on to HRG, 145 of teh company has changed hands today and nobody has as yet told us from who to whom, but it would be very surprising if this didnt mean that one of the 2 suitors are now over 29% and ready to make a full bid or full MBO, price up in repsonse although would have thougght it would go up even more, the price the shares changed hands at was surprsingly low for such big chunks. But all is looking rosy and it coudl explode any day or hour now when the next RNS reveals the full story
