Yes, DTW, it is implicit in the success of a Phase 1 cancer trial that the drug should work as it is being given to people that actually have that condition and are, to all intents and purposes, beyond hope - something that isn't true of drugs given to healthy volunteers in purely PK and dose finding studies (e.g. a heart drug). Success can be surmised by the trial continuing, and with increasing doses, whilst Avacta embarks on several ventures (AVA3996 into preclinical, recruiting key appointments, move to Scale Space, presenting at conference, ODD, biopsies and so on) that together would make absolutely no sense if the drug wasn't working effectively as expected.
