Does the delivery of this power unit to ABB need to be RNS'ed, and if so when?

Well, as it would be delivery of a new technological application, I'd say it should be announced to the market by AFC but whether it is on being ready to despatch, on despatch, on arrival, on installation or on working would be up to AFC (unless pushed into making an announcement as they have been with the Power Towers!). However, this being a quiet time for the market, I wouldn't now expect need until early January.

So, could this have been the power unit exported in October?

(Gemtuzumab ozogamicin sounded familiar. It was mentioned in the Daily Mail article last weekend about Cancer Research UK-funded drug trials.

The Avacta patent is for an Affimer covalently linked to a cytotoxic agent, this being taken into the cell more efficiently than the much larger conjugated antibody drug.

Type 'avacta' in the Search terms box to see a listing of patents Avacta has applied for, with or without Tufts College (William Bachovchin) as joint applicant. This will not include the Tufts College patents licensed in by Avacta.

Patents with the same title and priority details applied for at different patent offices belong to the same family, so the number of different patents is a lot smaller than 53.

Given that Avacta have RNSed all previous DEs, there are two possible reasons for the lack of news about the trial:

1. The dosing of cohort 4 is still continuing at 200mg/m² and there has obviously been delay that, as previously, we don't need to be informed about.

2. The dosing of cohort 4 has completed and any remaining biospies are being assayed; the complete data set is being cleaned, analysed and put into presentation form; and the RP2D decided (and hospitals lined up).

There may or may not be a further DE but that would come after cohort 4 completes.

Cancer doesn't stop for Christmas so news, particularly relating to a further DE, could drop at any time.

I do think AS needs to make some sort of announcement about why, having flagged it up since June, there was no Science Day in November. Whether that is part of an RNS, news on the website, a mention in an interview or by the medium of interpretive dance doesn't matter. AS's credibility and, by extension, his integrity does.
