You know Toukman, if you've got concerns about Avacta you can always set them out in an email to Alastair Smith and see what he says. Not saying it's vital, but proving in some way that you are a committed shareholder (whatever that might be) rather than just some random BB bod might help in getting a response.

The Fierce Pharma article of 28 November listed the six with the indications they had been approved for and the prevalence of reported cases, serious cases, deaths and T-cell lymphoma cases.

All six are approved for haematologic cancers: lymphoma, myeloma and leukaemia.

The CARTITUDE-1 trial mentioned in the Legend SEC filing aimed to assess the safety and clinical activity of ciltacabtagene autoleucel (cilta-cel), a chimeric antigen receptor T-cell therapy with two B-cell maturation antigen-targeting single-domain antibodies, in patients with relapsed or refractory multiple myeloma with poor prognosis.

There was no updated FDA page. This news came out through Legend Biotech Corp's Form 6-K SEC filing, as cited in that Fierce Pharma article.

Anyway, this problem is with a class of anticancer drugs for totally different cancers, so what was your point?

This is old news from 28 November ( https://www.fda.gov/vaccines-blood-biologics/safety-availability-biologics/fda-investigating-serious-risk-t-cell-malignancy-following-bcma-directed-or-cd19-directed-autologous ) and, anyway, CAR T-cell therapies are for hematologic (blood) cancers (lymphoma, myeloma, leukemia), not solid epithelial cell cancers, so not the same target indications as pre|CISION's, so totally irrelevant really, as IMHO was the talk on CAR T-cell therapy on Science Day.

Getting patient consent shouldn't be a problem when the choice is between straight doxorubicin, the current first line SoC, and AVA6000 (more cytotoxin into the tumour, more often, for longer and expecting fewer side effects). Let's hope finding patients with suitably high FAP cancers isn't a problem - if Avacta have a way to identify them, that would be fantastic.

How strange. I can access all from that page except SB (no link). AS and KH last posted 11 months ago, FMcL and TG 2 weeks ago (time of the AVA6000 presentation).

I seem to be seeing full profiles (activity, experience, education, etc). I'm not a paying subscriber and my view may be restricted in some ways, e.g. no profile photos for AS or FMcL but there are for others - I know that this particular restricted view is something that people can set themselves. But all seems as it should be here, barring any missing photos.

Have you tried turning your computer off and on? Deleting the temporary cache? Spinning round three times chanting "Work yer b*stard"?
