RNS reads 144 PSE tests since 1 Oct 2023. Tests have been sold via their reimbursement code since 1 Jan 2024.

That is different from the broker note, although it is possible that all 144 tests were sold since 1 Jan 2024 if Shore Cap have access to additional information.

I can show you three other biopharma/biotech companies where an imminent deal is frustratingly out of reach and the share price languishes. Also a couple of tech companies where commercial progress is frustratingly slow and the share price languishes. It's just the way the investment world works - it's the development S-curve. If you believe in the tech and the management's ability to exploit that tech, then hold and accumulate or trade and accumulate and, if you are right in your judgement, the strength of the share price rerate when it comes will take everyone by surprise.

When does C7 end? I mean, when do the SDMC meet and say "No MTD found in this cohort" so we formally end it? That is something that should be decided after two cycles, not an open-ended thing. C1 to C6 have been formally ended with dose escalation to the next level, but dosing has continued as patients responding to treatment (and those not responding? - yet) have continued on AVA6000. Why shouldn't the same be the case for C7 even though there will be no further dose escalation? Why would C7 be left open-ended?

The trick is to extend C7 to 12 months so that the fortnightly study can be run in parallel.

If AVA6000 crosses the placental barrier, I doubt treating pregnant women would work as the foetus will be growing, cells will be dividing and thus will be high in FAP and so would cleave AVA6000. Could have a role as an abortifacient in that case.

If AVA6000 doesn't cross the placental barrier, then no problem, but I think that would be unlikely.

If AVA028 was originally PD-L1 Affimer® / IL2 bispecific (no detailed description on the Pipeline page), the research code seems to have been reassigned to AVA028 – PD-L1 Affimer® / ImmunoCytokines (with detailed description on the Pipeline page that doesn't mention IL2, only a number of potential ImmunoCytokines). I don't know why they would do that.
