If AVA6000 crosses the placental barrier, I doubt treating pregnant women would work as the foetus will be growing, cells will be dividing and thus will be high in FAP and so would cleave AVA6000. Could have a role as an abortifacient in that case.
If AVA6000 doesn't cross the placental barrier, then no problem, but I think that would be unlikely.
