I think all that has happened content-wise is nothing except moving the page to a new URL address.

This seems a strange change as they are all Therapeutics partnerships but not all of them (specifically, not the AffyXell Therapeutics nor LG Chem collaborations) are pre|CISION partnerships.

It could be that the text styles seem to have changed a bit.

The proper way to update a website is to have two copies of it: a development server version; and a production server version (live, on the internet). That way, all changes can be made on the development server and when everything has been tested and is working perfectly all the updated files can be copied over to the production server. To make changes on the production server itself would just be asking for trouble!

I meant unproven as a diagnostic agent. Affimers may work but, irrespective of its ability to detect reliably, the only commercial Affimer LFT failed because it was too expensive and was a loss maker for Avacta - something that Alan flagged early on. Unit cost is an important consideration in diagnostics that doesn't come into the equation for therapeutics where production cost is minimal and efficacy is everything.

Re the Dx business: the original rationale for the acquisitions, still showing in the Diagnostics section of the website, was "A platform for acquisition-led growth in the fragmented diagnostics sector." The 'fragmented sector' has not consolidated in the intervening couple of years. So, apart from Dx companies wanting to add one or other of the businesses in separate deals, what companies want to a) start a Dx business from scratch, or b) add the territories that Avacta's business is active in? I suppose the biggies such as Roche, Abbott, Thermo Fisher and bioMérieux might want to pick up a tasty morsel - and some unproven Affimer Dx tech, outright or licensed - and do some cost cutting. One thing's for sure. It'll be interesting!

Totally agree about the way this Phase 1a is dragging on. The 310 dose in the Q3W arm was when the count of grade 3 TEAEs first went over 50% of patients (250: 2 of 7, so 29%; 310: 3 of 5, so 60%), albeit on very small numbers. Extra data now of course for these dose levels, even if on different dosing intervals, so hopefully either massive grade 3s for 310 (end study) or hardly any (very safe, so carry on to 385). I can't find TEAE data for the Q3W 385 dose level. Have they been made public?
