Cj, they've never made an announcement DURING an active cohort to say that there have been DLTs or patient withdrawals. So why would they now? I hope C3 has completed and that they've already started C4 but it's only a hope. Fact is we won't know the status of Q2W until Avacta give an update.

That's an unsupported assumption cj. The fact is we don't know whether C3 has completed or not and won't know until Avacta makes an announcement. We can hope that it has completed with no DLTs or patients dropping out but that would only be hoping.

Good question. It's very straightforward with straight doxorubicin straight into the bloodstream as all the measured doxorubicin administered contributes to the lifetime exposure.

They are clearly doing AuC calculations for the trial to assess the amount of free doxorubicin actually circulating in the bloodstream. But the question is whether these multiple testings would also have to be done in the clinic or whether there is some surrogate that could be used. Would be an interesting question to ask at the next in person meeting.

There's nothing new here. AIM shares always fall back on no firther news as traders take profits or cut losses and some others duck out. But if you believe in the company and its prospects, now is the time to buy and then either sell them when the SP goes up or hold.

@WAG, I think it's just (just!) that greater efficacy could be expected with little to no deterioration in the side-effects profile. Pfizer have licensed a weekly 20mg/m² dose that is claimed (in their trials and submission) exactly that. An obvious decision to get the max out of AVA6000 I think.

News of completion of C2 came with news that two patients had been dosed in C3, the business update on AGM day, the setting up of the Scientific Advisory Board, and of Board changes (26 June).

So what's coming up imminently that news about C3 completion could be tacked onto this week?
