It's the fact that on one hand ody is telling us he's going to buy in at a lower price, then on the other he keeps repeating what a crap product MED3000 is, just a "vehicle", he keeps saying, and then posting rubbish like the SP dropping 50% since the rns and so forth. Having said that, at least he is just annoying, and not a total prat like hawknose who has no interest in this share except to slate it. Yet you seem to lap hawknose's posts up. That says it all, really.

Hawknose, I'd be more interested to know what their respective holdings were on about the 18th Nov last year. That was the date when the SP started to trickle downwards just before the P3 results were released. Barder would have known then that the results weren't looking good, and wouldn't have been able to dump loads. Which of course kind of puts the kibosh on your statement that Lombard and Barder didn't know what they were doing.

There's more proof of that over on ADVFN where the jonnybutler crew are getting desperate with predictions, and, strangely, going on about the BOD at FUM taking us for mugs, much like Hawknose has just done. Hmmmn... If Lord (one recommendation) Top-up reappears we'll know that we're on to a winner here!

Thanks for the clarification, ody. You let yourself down a bit by comparing MED3000 to de-icer or hand cleaning gel which wasn't objective in the slightest, but that aside, you've managed to knock me back down to 2 on the gloom-o-meter.

idg69 old chum, nice to hear from you. You've just raised me up a point to 2, as you are deeper in than me! Surfie, you've long been the gloomy one, the Eeyore of this board, and that comparison alone has raised me to 3 on the Scale of Gloom! I'd like to point out though that we haven't actually had a relentlessly descending SP this year. We kicked off 2020 at about 10p and overall it's gradually risen to around 15p. That's a 50% rise, more than most of my holdings!
Actually I was rather hoping that Andy Pandy would raise our spirits with a couple of sea shanties or at least a few meditative ommmmmmms. How about it, Ananda? Tell us how high we're going to go, please...

Ananda and others keep telling us about the amazing multi-bagging potential of this share, but what has been the most eagerly awaited P3 results for several years? This week Pfizer announced the success of their covid vaccine to mass hysteria, bullish stock markets, and general financial joy. The share price? $35 before the announcement, $40 after. MED3000 which is about to launch (with luck) into a marketplace where there is already a world leading medication, and we're hoping it will outperform a covid vaccine? I have to say this doesn't thrill me. Hopefully someone will come back with some serious reasons why I shouldn't feel so gloomy!

Actually, in 2012, the price hovered around the quid mark from January - May, peaking at 109.37p on Apr 04, 2012 If only you'd sold then, ody!

Ah, ody's fanboy Eatmyshort pops up! How's your short position looking now? I believe you said you might even go long when the SP dropped to 12p, so I guess that didn't happen. This share is a traders dream really. The ups and downs are almost predictable - except by me, of course. In my experience when I've attempted it, it's always gone the opposite way! Which is why I'm clinging on here hoping to get my money back. Hands up everyone who was invested last summer, and as P3 results loomed, bought another tranche as it was such a cert? Doh!

Ody, you want to invest because you've seen similar products that have been commercially successful. And yet you spend your time posting comment after comment rubbishing the company and the product. You'll be pleased to know I have nothing more to say to you.

But you still haven't explained why you supposedly want to to invest in a company that has "no product".

I think my opinion that there may be an active ingredient is just as valid as someone else's opinion that there is nothing in it. I'm not the one creating theories and I'm sure most of us believe that MED3000 uses something other then magic or chilling to relieve ED as it appears to do, otherwise we wouldn't be invested, would we? Which again begs the question, why is ody so interested in investing if he thinks the product is so without merit?

As I opined previously, we know it contains alcohol, and we know alcohol is a drug. I quoted what the FDA says about alcohol but it seems to have fallen on deaf ears so I'll quote it again: " not all inactive ingredients are always inactive. Alcohol is one example of an ingredient that may be active or inactive based on the specific formulation of the medication."
Do Ody and baldy know better than the rest of us what the formulation is, as they keep repeating that there is no active ingredient in MED3000?

Blimey, ody, you just said the truth! You're right, it's not news to investors! We're invested in a clinically proven substance that gives men a fast acting, safe medication for their ED. And if I could answer your question about the daily ups and downs of the SP I would. Or rather, I wouldn't because I'd be as wealthy as Warren Buffet and wouldn't bother with BBs arguing the merits of a small UK pharma. Just take your condescending BS and invest or bog off, will you?

Ody, I'm sure nobody is taken in by your 50% drop assertions. The fact is, after the cliff edge of P3 failure, the SP dropped to below 10p, and now sits around the 15p mark. It's been a wiggly line on the chart since the lower figure, but shows a general trend of a 50% rise since then (10 +50% = 15) This increase is based on investment in MED3000 as the previous formulation with GTN was withdrawn after P3. Still, as you keep telling us, I'm sure your investment strategy will work due to your superior knowledge of the formulation.

Don't worry, ndr, ody has yet to impress me with anything! Especially his oft repeated assertion that Dermasys/MED3000 contain no active ingredients. As you point out, he has no special knowledge of the components, but we do know it contains alcohol, about which the FDA says this: not all inactive ingredients are always inactive. I also notice that he has finally conceded my point that his 50% drop in the SP was a totally meaningless comment designed to mislead, as I proved by selecting different start and end points and coming up with a totally opposite statement.

Baldy, as we've discussed before at length, the mode of action doesn't have to be clinically proven, only its efficacy, like paracetamol. I think most of us can agree that Demasys and MED3000 are somewhat more than just a solvent that evaporates at room temperature. If we believed that, would any of us even be here discussing FUM? Which also begs the question, why does ody want to invest, or so he says, in a company whose core product is merely a solvent that evaporates at room temperature?
