ody, point 1. That's just semantics. Read from it what you will, that was obviously his intention. 2. I always thought that the FDA would seek a trial, as MED3000 has never been the subject of a trial. (Incidentally, to blow my own trumpet here, I was the only one to suggest that P3 might fail because of the efficacy of the placebo - go on, check it out. I was suggesting that people didn't bet the farm on MED2005 as there was a mood of extreme optimism pre P3). IMO. the small trial they've outlined is the least onerous option that they could have suggested, IMO. 3. Condoms. Enough said. 4. We know the money runs out, it was stated in the rns, why would I comment? What we don't know is if they can raise it from a potential partner or if they'll need a fund raiser. You're convinced there'll be a dilution, I'm not so sure, but neither of us know the answer. Good luck if you really want to invest - if there is a dilution then if it's anything like last time, the window to get in cheaply closed very quickly indeed. Then you'll see your ship sailing off to fantasy island!
