I think it goes without saying that Brockham is nothing more than a P&A & restoration delay tactic, OK they might as well drain what they can get out of it for now, as it may well at least cover the eventual cost of that abandonment and site restoration cost. Unfortunately this outfit does the opposite of what they are supposed to do, they take £100 MILLION and spunk it away on their endless & fruitless ermmm projects.... and have delivered a grand total of 30bbl/day for ALL their efforts over the last 10 years or more... Therefore their history clearly demonstrates that it is uninvestable, leaving the only hint of a way to chance your arm being some intraday movement or city manipulated play, it is then nothing more than Red/Black here.

As per the Gov projection, it is WIND, SOLAR & NUCLEAR sitting at the top of their list for a green future, WHY ?? because they already have a proven template, it is mostly quick to manufacture and develop, and it has a demanding market to take it.

H2 is sitting way down the list of project priority, along with no real market of national structure to take feed from.... it will be 20 years to see any real move on this of note.

Yeah yeah Stockcheque, BUT in 1972 there were very few gas fields, as gas was not the main demand hydrocarbon of that time, and therefore CREATING such voids/caverns for storage was an option.

NOW we have plenty of DELPETED gas fields that are more than suitable for Hydrogen storage, which also avoids the need to spend years and 10's or even 100's of £££ Millions firstly drilling and then leaching out the brine to create what are actually small storage volumes.

It makes total economical sense to repurpose such depleted gas fields that are prime for storage before churning out sensitive areas of the UK onshore to store such a volatile gas.

Add to that, any Gov would be hung drawn & quartered if they were to give such an incompetent outfit both operationally and financially such permissions etc for H2 storage lolol

Lol Roadhouse, I can assure you, you are more excited by Angus than I am, but after some careful evaluation I "personally" feel it has reached a fairly stable range, I just hope they ARE actually building the war chest for all that is needed in field from the payment holiday and revenues, and don't somehow find a new way of not having sufficient funds in the pot to do the work. I certainly do not trust them at all.

Lets see how this next few months play out hopefully far more interesting than the last 12 months or so. ;-))

Been quietly taking on a few million of these over the last few trading days, only when I can get them under 0.025, not that my opinion has changed on the undermining of the whole SLBY asset, but simply based on stabilized SP and that there is soon to be some infield activity that hopefully brings some uplift with it, even if short lived., nothing big, just a side punt for now.
