I would fully expect an increase in production of between 20 & 25% with the booster pump installed and additional liquids surface handling in place, as the condensate rates will almost certainly increase too.

The sooner they complete the works the better, take advantage of the wholesale price upward trend over this winter, it will still need more works to maintain additional flow, and the velocity strings will go along way to meeting that goal, which may well be something they will carry out during the lower priced spring/summer months, and after the "honeymoon" booster pump flow normalises.

They are hopefully digging themselves out of the hole they were in, lets hope they stay on the right side of it.

It isn't quiet the same as "adding" a compressor TC, this is for "boosting" and therefore it will almost certainly be inserted after the separator but before it reaches the 2 main "to grid" compressors, the objective being to take all produced gas into the "booster" and spit it out the other side and into the main compressor/s at a "boosted" pressure that is above the minimum main compressor entry threshold.

It simply enables them to open the wells a little more, which in turn will drop the surface flowing pressure more, thus boosting is required to achieve this.

They will also have to contend with an almost certain increase in condensate/liquids as a result of flowing at lower pressure, so I would not be surprised if there are "other" upgrades to the field plant to handle that.

The booster will not and does not "suck it out of the ground", that is a fact, KZ is talking sheite in that regard, it will of course allow them to produce with the wells open more and flowing at a lower surface pressure that the booster will then take and BOOST it back up to meet the minimum pressure requirement for the main compressors to receive it.

There is also a further factor to consider in the "decline" chat, in that the horizontal leg was in it's "honeymoon" flowing period for a number of months before it slowly dropped to a more balanced production pressure and rate.

Also it is highly likely that reservoir pressure is not the primary issue in relation to actual production rates, it is far more associated to the induction of condensate/liquids, the "dew point" that by default almost dictates the surface flowing conditions you can work with and manage.

Some of those issues can be notably mitigated with velocity production strings and the booster pump etc etc, which will up their production for a good while longer, but not forever..
