My own researches have found that last year Aviva bought to a total of 109 million, R griffiths has 7% - that is good news. And Henderson have I think 51.7 million. All positive.

John who or what is HG? So do we hang on to these shares. The chart is not too bad and unlike some companies with fairly mediocre results the sp seems ok. My inclination os to say put.

Still cannot understand how this fab share is overlooked. The chart is stupendous and just going up and up gradually. Quoted in US too.

Just looked on the London Stock Exchange website and it appears that the suspension is just routine released at exactly 7.30 am today obviously a timed announcement pending the hearing. However, it seems to have taken a long time unless there was a delay. Another site wondered if the judge had made a comment about the shareholders' constitutional rights? Wishful thinking I am afraid. One never knows. Where are we to re-invest?

May the Force be with you! I wish I could help. I looked on the Internet saw the suspension but the comment about it was hidden on the computer below the line. One other really odd point is that the suspension was apparently made well out of office hours. Having a trust holding of 18,000 shares dating back to 1997 but with reinvested divs and 51,000 shares in my SIPP including a big top up following the Shares article a year ago I am not uninterested in the outcome. I am not all that well off following expensive medical treatment for a family member and 6.5 years care home costs for my mother before she died in 2007. Therefore every little helps and it is certainly true that we are being sold short. Of course this is not AIM but seeing the stitch ups on AIM for Chinese shares like Naibu I suppose we should hope for the best.

The shares were suspended on a temporary basis early this morning. Strange none of you lot have commented! This is apparently nothing to do with the court hearing.

I see they have announced they are now selling to AmerisourceBergen US second largest distributor which means they can get into all the smaller independent pharmacies there. Now in Boots Allied etc here they really are getting their act together. And yet day after day there are no transactions at all. They seem to be under the radar.

Do not like the sound of non disclosure agreement. Nor lack of amount stated. We may not like the formal set up but at least we know the cheque will come. Wakefield is not even authorised as a company.

I do not think we yet know when the delisting will happen before the "second" payment or afterwards. As a professional adviser in a former life be very careful a about dealing with a foreign company. I have looked up the website of Wakefield Securities and it is skimpy in the extreme. there is no note of their being an authorised company and it is doubt ful if you deal with them from the UK that you would have any protection whatsoever. Indeed extreme caution should be used in any cold caller remembering that the share register is available for all to see.

If you click on o or a on the above trades it states that O is an ordinary trade and A automatic execution Not exactly the same as you say. How on earth can an ordinary small punter buy on the bid. It would be like going into a green grocer and wanting to buy at wholesale price. How do MMs etc make a turn o. Your system?

I agree with most of what you say. But you have missed the point about buys and sells. They are assumed by the people compiling the statistics from the price which way a deal is. Also remember that not all deals are registered for one reason or another.

Well to be strictly accurate some buys are sells and volte face. A deal appears to have been done 20000@ 10.0196 only £2000 worth. There have been a few other deals over 10 a few days ago. Hardly significant - coul be balancing books or technical. Not long to wait for first pay out now but will we get a second that is the $64k question. At least my Bowleven are on the move at last.

Remember that the deals shown further up are only guesstimates as to whether sales or buys. The one at 9.38 is almost certainly a buy hoping for the CPR and not a sell.
