I had no trouble getting stock. The board could just be coming to life. The product looks very good. It is in Boots etc. one to mature in time maybe.

It appears having read the offer document that the Consortium already owns 56% of the shares. This will make mounting a challenge very difficult. The BOD says there were insufficient volume. I think we are being done down. However I can see no alternative but to hold for 2 reasons. 1 brokerage costs 2 the possibility of the contingent paper being worth up to 5p a shares. It is true to say that these things are never certain and it could be worth zilch

If the div is payable in Jan it will be well ex div. How will that help a hedge fund who would normally buy e. Div and sell well into the cum div part to make capital gains. What you are saying makes no sense at all!

Hi John. No It's agree; they will not win against HMRC but that is icing there is still very solid bread in the mix. Mis print in my last post. Should be Investec recommending them. It would be most unusual for a fund manager to want to take over a company. So they will sit there. But they must be pretty confident of a good result with what is a huge holding. I wonder what the free float of shares is; must check up on the other institutional holders. I did not know about the GVC div. When I bought them at the start of last year the yield was 10% and since then they have more than doubled and the yield still well up - incredible. Another interesting freshman share I have found lately is Audioboom.

Well at least GW got their Canabis based drug approved and on sale in several countries. 2 years ago they were 64 p and I sold at 360 too soon. They now have other drugs and I think the friend will do at least ok.
