In view of the financial position of Fortune I do not believe that the oil price is that relevant for this share. It is clearly oversold - however, such a situation may last months or more. Have done some more research for you. Can only go back so far. 2009 no dividend. 2010 0.13p paid on24.6.11, 2011 0.18p paid 27.6.2012, 2012 0.16p paid 15.8.2013. Obviously if you have not been paid you need an audit done. Directly with the registrar if held in paper form. Have you moved house as the papers may have gone elsewhere. When In business I discovered divs many times going back years. Go to it!

I have had the shares for about 14 years. There was a special and very large dividend last year but for many years before there was an ordinary div once a year. Aug 13 0.16p, others were june 11' jul12' etc They are very cheap with good results. The truth will out eventually. For value investment it always does. Supreme patience is the best virtue in investment.

The div was not paid this year as the co said they had exceeded the formula on last year special div. Still smoke and mirrors. On the face of it huge profits and solvent but bod secretive in spite of having large amounts of shares themselves sorest ably would like a higher price?

You are quite correct. There is never an interim dividend. Hope they resume again next year. Think present decline is because of sentiment on lower oil price. This is being manipulated largely by Saudi to disconcert Venezuela and Russia

Well go to their web site to see sales figures and net profit. All very healthy. Look at the purchases of many millions. Finally no volume? Today 17k purchases and just 5.8k sells. But go back to last week for the big purchases. Look at their web site for the top brands being sold. An ASOS in the making - but classier.

As I used to tell my students when asked why a share was dropping when I taught stock e change at night school usually because there are more sales than purchases. In other words supply and demand. Yetsreday sales 73k purchases 21k I is easy. Why sales. Because they have just paid a big div and too early to be building up again for the next one. However the fundamentals are amazing and also a take over prospect - Playtech perhaps. Do not sell now for goodness sake. They are the star of my portfolio.
