Lanstead have a calculation to make. Does it cost me more to pay the extra monthly funds than I can make extra from selling at a higher sp.

So it is by no means as strightforward as that. Especially if they have any hint of what is to come.

Why would they sell shares now if they think they can sell them in a few months for many multiples. Its in their interest to hold as many shares as possible when the real value of this share is finally delivered

I'd suggest it more likely they sell just enough to cover their monthly payments, perhaps with a modest profit, and no more.

But if IMM have what they think they have, 0.5 billion sounds low ball

Its proabably one seller, drip selling from a much lower entry.

I was buying last week, but it was clear i was just giving the seller an exit and the MMs weren't dropping the ask either.

So I'll just let them exit at lower and lower price.

The volumes are piddly, so any RNS or new investor interest will see this rocket back very quickly, and the seller left behind looking at what they could have won.

I think this is just MMs attacking the fair value gap.

Technically there is still a gap up way under 1p, but i doubt that will ever be filled.

The volumes on this drop are tiny, so there is no real conviction behind it. The point of control on a 5min timescale is around 3p. I think we'll see it head back there soon enough, without any further news.

Any significant good news will send it back to previous highs and beyond.

He is perhaps inferring it from the two mentions of Lupus as the lead program.

A short pullback I expect, then onwards up to 3000, maybe even next week.

Can't see this gold rally ending soon.

I still think the equity stake is more than a bonus.

My back of envelope calculations had the 10% equity stake as being worth at least as much as the royalties.

Because to get say 1m in royalites, bio would have to be doing 10m in sales and would have a valuation multipler of maybe x7 on annual revenues. So if Bio values at 70m then 10% of that is 7m.

So if its down to 1.5% , that is a blow on the one hand. But the additional tests does spread the risk and make total BiO revenue potentially higher.

The new Investors paid same price as we (collectively) did over the last few months (the big volume spike or point of control). In this market that speaks volumes. They know what IMM has is huge.

No answer on equity stake. I have been assuming our equity stake will be lower than 10%, since they are now dealing in other tests.

So 10% of revenues plus some as yet unknown % of equity.

My guess is that its really hard to calculate as a % until after the BIO funding has closed.

Been quiet on here for a while, as there is not much to say until test launch. Its a bottom drawer share for me right now. Will take time for this to grow. But some cash in here at these low levels will do well over time IMO
