Spot on Wigwammer. If what CEO says is correct, then this is a many times multibagger. You're basically taking a punt on the extent to which you believe him.

Would a CEO RNS a breakthrough, and go on multiple interviews making huge claims about the transformational nature of that, and it turns out to be bull? My money is on it being mostly correct, with a bit of embellishment. So probably worth many many multiples of todays price. But I could of course be wrong.

The nice thing here is, that if its as good as he says, even a few k could turn into hundreds of k in a couple of years. Worth a punt in other words, IMO.

If this truly is a generic industry breakthrough in autoimmune disease, the current £14m valuation is a joke. At x10 it would still be a undervalued.

Seems an amazing opportunity for a low entry. Lots of longer terms holders will have been in here at multiples of current sp. I've been adding over recent days as the sp looked bullish, but will be trying to add more tomorrow.

..been confirmed. My assumption from the fundraising doc is that its 1.5%, which makes nore sense now we know Bio will sell other tests.

So if Bio was turning over $1B annually (seems unlikely) then it would be valued at least at $7B IMHO)

and ciz stake would be $105M

Apologies if I have misinterpreted your statements on revenue and equity. If you recall, i got rather frustrated a while back that you repeatedly ignored the equity side of the deal.

My understanding is:

- from the deal RNS; 10% royalty on gross sales after tax. Now I'm assuming that is sales of the ciz test, not anything else

Plus

- an equity stake in Ciz Bio, which by its nature would cover the whole Bio valuation, including anything arising from that. The size of this stake, to my frustration has not

Go read up on minority squeeze out rights, contractual offers, schemes of arrangements, and deal protection, then come back and explain how they will "force a takeover on the cheap" with 51% of the shares.

But its not you giving the 1.7M to FCM, its 79th, and they would hardly invest to that level just so Sale can fleece them for "consulting and director fees".

I get that you are angry, but ranting doesn't help the company more forward. If you look at the here and now reality, then drawing a line under the funding position is the best thing that can be done right now. And with a 79th director on the board I think they will have far better finanical management going forward.

Let's put it this way, would you rather have:

A) share price at 2.2p, 500k debt and concerns about where your funds for 2025 were coming from, most likely pushing the sp down further

Or

B) share price at 2.2p, no debt and £1.7m in the bank, funded for all of 2025

...suceed, and will deliver value to ciz holder, but how much or over what time frame i find hard to quantify
