There are too many reasons people buy or sell. Might have wanted 8k to punt into trls for example. Could be be back tomorrow with 12k!

So its drifting as shares do.

Just think. All that newsflow to come, and a great entry at 1.8p - below the last two rounds of investment.

Here's what I wrote on 17th Feb:

"The volumes on this drop are tiny, so there is no real conviction behind it. The point of control on a 5min timescale is around 3p. I think we'll see it head back there soon enough, without any further news."

And the 19th Feb:

"The volumes are piddly, so any RNS or new investor interest will see this rocket back very quickly, and the seller left behind looking at what they could have won"

I feel vindicated. 😏

It was dropped on low volume as MMs like to do, trying to force out weak hands and find the point at which buying resumes. The usual suspects were out shouting placing bla bla bla and the usual FUD.

The MMs found the bottom, and its now back at point of control of the recent buying, with a stronger base. If it can break 3p, then 4p looks on fairly quickly.

My take is we're near the end of the tax year, so likely one of our investors has been taking some profit before then.

But today's pattern looked like a potential reversal. We'll see.

There is no indication that Ciz Bio is slowing down its recruitment, and the ciz1b lung test is still thr headline on their website. So i think we're on the right track and will get there eventually.

Increased volume, price up, and a doji candle.

Now what might that indicate?

You may yet get your 25p entry.

I presume the warrants are all being dumped before they expire, so we could see a further drop here, then a bounce.

An entire month's payments churned in a single day with hardly a noticable blip on the price. Very good sign.

Webby, MMs are allowed to publish large trades delayed.

I believe its meant to avoid adverse impact of large trades.

Its not irrelevant to the deal, because if they thought that was a spike, or IMM were desperate, they could have just waited for the excitement to ebb and the sp to drift back down to near original price (as we've all seen in so many orher shares)

You only need to look at the volume at price chart over the last two months to see the investors paid pretty much the median price that private investors paid.

Desperate would have been a raise at just over 1p, where the share price had been just 2 months ago.

So let me understand you. You think these other investors and Lanstead watched the share price go from 1.2p to 5p and back to 2.5p as it did mid-Jan, and then said to themselves "IMM look desperate. Lets invest at 3.75!"

The Desperation narrative doesn't really fit with the fact they also raised an additional million from other investors.

And of course the only reaaon they would average up and pay more is if they were absolutely sure we were about to be worth a very, very large sum of money.

According to the fundraising RNS.

"Lanstead is interested in 27,090,404 Ordinary Shares (representing 6.5 per cent. of the current issued share capital)."

They got 50 million shares in the fundraising, ehich should give them 77,090,404.

But today they have just reported 80,590,404

So looks like Lanstead are buying shares.

Nobody with any sense will be selling this IMO(except Lanstead who may want to cover some of their payments), and a lot are going to want in or want more.

I see increasing upwards pressure on the sp before the much anticipated flow of RNSs.

Lol, so if Tim pulls a billion dollar deal wih a £100 million up front payment, these guys still think the market cap will be under 20m, "cos Lanstead" 🤣

Says the man who just a month ago told us IMM were going to place at 2p. (Placing 3.7p, current SP 4.6p)
