Today's buys look differnt. Many more, smaller and not in rounded block numbers.

Its not going to rocket until a positive RNS, but could easily see it back above 3p before then, or sitting in the 2.5p to 3p range.

In contrast Fastfood, I can't see us not being live by end of year, so we'll see who is right in time I guess.

Everything I've read suggests 12 months is sufficient time to develop an LDT:

And the pace of the LDT is now more likely in Corepaths hands, but they have an incentive to get this to market quickly too.

But as far as im aware, the agreed loan facility can be exercised by either party, so the availability of this funding and its resulting dilution (fairly small, but more when the share price is x10 where it is today) is already a given? So the fact we haven’t drawn on it is interesting.

But he'll also be looking at wider commercials, and he may also be banking on a revenue stream from the test coming in later this year. Is it possible that we already have a funding deal that can't be announced for commercial reasons? Or would any kind of deal need to be RNS'd?

What makes you think today was CDT related?

Anything significant like a test launch, or new partnership, etc. would be RNSd i think.

But if that's not done by annual results then we'll get a general update on progress in there, and a further RNS when something significant (test launch/test accuracy results) is known.

I think someone said previously that warrents were due in May at 15p? The cynic in me suggests that might be when there is pressure to get lots of goof news flowing.

But i dont think they'll hold back if they are ready to go before then.

The few noises we hear are positive. The small fragments of evidence we see (like Behnke's Cizzle Bio Inc registration) all suggest things moving in the direction we expect. But timescales are dependent on Corepath, our partner, and potentially other things too like reagent supply and charge codes, etc. So I'm not worried about the details of timescales if the direction of travel is right. If we're still waiting in September I may take a different view!

The way i see it, the headroom for ciz above 2.2p is enormous. I'm not expecting to get there overnight.

Oapk20, perhaps pointless, if it was the same individual buying and selling, trying and failing to start momentum. But if not, then thats another chunk of shares bought at a higher price, and more weaker hands removed. Entirely possible a larger longer term holder is end of year profit taking, or managing risk before news.

Today was highest volume this year I think. We're also at the low end of the slow up-channel, on a very volume sensitive share, and with news expected. Sadly, that means we might get some attention from traders.

Could also be a requirement of Texas staye law for any company wanting to do business there.

Greend100. I agree with a lot of what you have suggested here as possibilities. I would expect Biotechne to want to be involved in next steps, especially given their precense in China and globally, and their stated M&A goals.

On point, I suspect Cizzle Bio Inc is Benkhe's own company for the work he does with ciz on Sales and Marketing. So doesn't to me give any clue about a potential Biotechne buy out. But i could be wrong about that. Do US sales persons work through multiple Inc companies? I defer to anyone with greater knowledge of the setup there.

That's a great end goal Fastfood, and there were hints in the patent that some form of theraputics combined with the test is part of the thinking.

Again, this all alludes to the huge possibilities in this share.

Buy lets strart at the beginning, walk before we run, and get the LDT to market first. At that point, a whole range of possibilities open up.

That's rather like saying we won't bother with this lung cancer screening programme because there is not enough capacity to treat people. Just not gonna happen like that.

LDT will be launched ASAP at CorePath. They test blood samples sent to them from their agreed catchment states.

Then we have a wider rollout of an LDT across the world, and probably simultaneous development of a point of care LFT test.

I agree with TechT. Once this test is proved in LDT form, someone bigger (Biotechne) will want on board for either the wider rollout and/or the point of care test.

Needs a big company to get this to market quickly.

IMO, next RNS will either be the annual results in April (with progress update) OR the clinical trial results/test launch date if comes before that.

But I am patient and don't have a specific timetable.

Totally agree Greend100. They are not interested in short term pumping of the share by 10 or 20%.

They are in it for the long term, life saving, revolutionary advance that is a reliable and scalable test for early stage lung cancer, that would represent hundreds of percent rise in the SP, and true shift in the dial of early stage lung cancer diagnosis.

Roll that to a point of care blood test, or to new cancers like breast cancer, and you have truly enourmous potential value.

I dont think the question was over those two options, (yes we've had that debate!) but whether the sells yesterday could be a drawdown.

To my knowledge, I'd say no. A drawdown would need to be RNS'd, new shares issues etc. Besides, many of the sells were below the 2.1p issue price. Drawdonw sells are usually far less clumsy. And you can currently buy for less than the agreed drawdown price (which makes it a very low risk time to buy IMO). Unfortunately I have little spare to buy more (at least until April) .

Always some bargains across the board in March due to end of year profit taking. I really must remember to hold back cash for that next year!

I guess he has set up this company for the work he is expecting to do with ciz, rather than this being a ciz entiry itself.

To state the obvious, it would seem Ciz have something to market and sell in Texas very soon.

Some exceptionally clumsy selling though. Potentially deliberate to try to force others into a sell. Or possibly just an awkwardly fast exit.

Well if i were an MM, i would be trying to collect as many shares as I could. They certainly were reluctant to raise the price yesterday when buys outweighed sells 2:1, but very quick to drop it today. But they can only do that if they can find sellers or trigger stop losses (otherwise known as theft!)

Another observation - today's seller was like a bull in a china shop! Selling large blocks in quick succession as lower and lower prices.

That either means

- they are in a panic to sell and can't wait (for whatever reason)

- they were trying to crash the price and trigger panic sellling (usually to buy in lower)

- this was their final batch of selling (maybe the sells a few days ago were same individual and this was their final out, so didnt care about the price of the last few)

- they're not very good at maximising the value they get from their shares 😀
